Actually, there is an area in Wikipedia where this IS appropriate, the help desk: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Help_desk.

  3. If you want more power... on The Mini-ITX Linux PVR Project · · Score: 1

Via mainboards with those little ole Cyrix's aren't the only boards of the Mini-ITX formfactor. You can get Pentium M and Pentium 4, and an AMD socket 754 board was announced, too.

  4. To increase the speed... on 32 GB Flash Storage Drive Announced · · Score: 1

I assume this drive is not one chip, but many? So samsung could break it into 4 separate parts and have a 4 drive raid 0 array in a single drive to increase read/write speeds.

  5. don't try this at home.... on Symantec Users, Start Your Keyloggers · · Score: 1

Naturally, I had to try this. So, I went on #eztv on efnet. I figured on a channel with roughly 800 people, someone had to get kicked. So, I typed startkeylogger, hoping someone would get kicked. Turns out it was me. Kickbanned. By a BOT!!! GD people must have done this so much before. Just a warning.

  6. You can find better... on Silverstone ST30NF 300W Silent PSU reviewed · · Score: 1

$150?? I have a Seasonic S12 500w psu for only $115. It's almost dead silent, certainly if you have any fans at all in your case you wouldn't be able to hear it. There's also a 600w version. And, Seasonic is a very reputable, high quality brand.

With those cheap hardrives from retails stores, you get what you pay for. They come with tiny 1-year warrantys, compared to 3-5 years for an oem drive.

  8. PX 100's on Headphones in Corporate Culture? · · Score: 4, Informative

I have a pair of Sennheiser PX 100's, and they are great. They are quite durable, although they might not look that way. Mine have been through a lot and are still in perfect condition. They come with a case which is a pain to use, but protects them very well. Most of the parts on them can be replaced if need be, and they come with a two year warranty. I say go for the PX 100's.
