    this is what Harry Reid decides to push through the senate for a vote? There are dozens of other issues that should be addressed before the senate even considers something like this.

    Affirm action is nothing other than racism! If person X scores better then person Y, person X should get the job no questions! however if person Y is the only person who doesnt look like persons A thru X , eventhough person X is more qualified, person Y gets the job? how is that NOT racist?? because something bad happened to person Ys great grandparents??

    all affirm action does is reaffirm the victim status of minorities and give non minorities a legit beef against minorities.

    you know i go to amazon quite a bit, sometimes intentionally other times by accident looking at reviews. I cant remember the last time I bought something from them or from an affiliate (well, through amazon anyway im sure ive dealt with affiliates) but the reviews are great, just ignore 0 and 5 and look at 2 3 and 4 stars, decide which ones are good and which ones are FUD and go from there.

    I dont know, there are some pics that show a man in a hat 20 min before the bomb went off with a backpack and then a few min before without the backback, who looked middle eastern.... these photos the FBI are psuhing that claim to be of a man who put his bag down where the bomb went off, the bag didnt look like the one that blew up, and they havent shown us him putting the bag down (though they claim to have that)

    im not trying to claim anything about this that isnt real, im just saying that the people the FBI are pushing as suspects dont fit the suspects based on the facts out there. Go to liveleak and look at the boston bombing channel and do some research for yoursleves, and you will see way more options to go with that make more sense vs what they are trying to sell us

    ok so it doesnt work on 1 box, it works on pc mac linux appletv android ios and im sure there is more. if you dont own one device with one of those systems on it, well i guess i cant help you

    I use XBMC with the XBMCHub Wizard these days myself. works on every device you could want it to, and if its on a torrent site, you can almost guarantee it will be on 1 of the channels available for streaming.

    to be fair, it IS what the muslim faith teaches. Death to infidels - infidels being any non muslim. I am not saying I want a war, but I am sick of playing games where one side has rules to follow and the other doesnt.

    The "militia" movement is not who you need to worry about (unless you work for the government) they are not after americans and soft targets like the religious fundimentalists (of all types, I dont know why you singled out christians when statistically they commit far fewer terroristic acts these days)

    Lets say you are right and I am wrong. Obama just this past week claims that adam lanza used a fully automatic weapon..... (and even if he did use the AR - it is NOT a fully automatic.)
    Even if I am wrong about the AR not being used (and I still am iffy on it even after reading the medias take on it) Obama is being dishonest about gun violence

    no, the gun was on scene, but it was not used in the shooting

    This continues to be a very complex investigation and there is a lot of contradictory information out there, but we have some new information this morning (one month ago) from a couple of federal officials and state officials. They say now that there were actually four handguns inside the school, not just two as we were initially told. Four handguns and apparently only handguns that were taken into the school. We knew that Adam Lanza, the man said to be the gunman here, also had an ‘assault-style’ AR-15 -style rifle that he had had taken to the school, it was in the car he drove there, his mother’s car, but we have been told by several officials that he had left that in the car.

    we heard the media talking about it yes, and the media has been covering for the administration on the issue. notice how no one there has been brought in to be spoken to? in fact the admin has gone out of its way to keep them from speaking. meanwhile we get lie after lie concerning sandy hook, for example today ABC FINALLY admitted that no assault rifle was used in the attack (which is not stopping the government from pushing assault rifle bans)

    Hardly flamebait people. All you got to do is look at all the coverage of sandy hook and the politicians love affair with it, and then take a look at bengazi, which is never spoken about at all.

    Today I think you have it backwards. If it does end up being an american, it will be all over the media, used as an excuse to take away more rights. If it is a "furriner" it will be just a misguided man who is angry with america, and we should tolerate it.

    if its the middle of the night, NO one should be in your home unless invited, someone breaks down your door, you have a right to defend yourself. How do you know its a real cop and not a thug breaking in pretending to be a cop? the problem isnt with gun owners, its with over reaching governments/ law enforcement.

    having said all that, maybe you need to do a little more thinking before you type.

    i dont use a windows phone, but the truth is its not horrible. from my limited use of WP8, i found it way more usable that an IOS device minus the app store issue (which also happened with android in the begining.)

    videogames? they are talking about needing a consistant internet connection for their next console to even work. with a 60% give or take broadband access in this country (usa) they are screwing themselves with that. Hell i hate sony after they took my linux from me on my PS3, and i didnt ever expect to want to buy a sony system again, but if M$ is always on a la steam (which is ok because tis a computer running a service, not a console with 1 use..well main use) i might seriously consider pushing all my people back to sony with the PS4 over MS (wiiU is cool , but like the Wii, its not really fair to compare it to the M$ or sony offerings., spec wise

    did the defense lawyer make this claim? if so I can see a total problem with the outcome because you have a pretty valid argument there. a smart phone is as much a "cell phone" as a PC loaded with skype is a "landline"
