    democrats dont care about helping ALL, at least not this administration. They want to help their fundraisers, just like as you said bush was helping his fundraisers.

    if you are going to blame bush to this day, you need to open your eyes and see obama is no better, and in many ways worse than bush.

    That is a complete lie, There are 15 bars that have live music and 17 concert halls, theaters within a 30 minute drive from me and im not in a city. I set up shows at these places and have had 2 acts that I gave their first gig move on to bigger and better things in just the past 4 years.

    well sure if we want to get to that point, clearly we were both talking about normal photos and not private photos. If you are at a party hitting a bong and I take a photo of you I can post that photo without issues, ask Micheal Phelps.

    sorry but legally you are wrong. If I take a photo of you, i am allowed to do whatever I want with it, including posting it on FB, 4chan etc. I can give it to a newspaper for free, I can even post it on a billboard for free. I may not agree with it however it is the law, how do you think paparazi get to do what they do? do you really think britney spears gave her ok to gawker or whoever to post up photos of her vagina? I doubt it.

    well not for nothing if someone else took the photo you really have no ownership to you being in the photo. (unless its commercial of course) Not that I disagree with you, especially on your other points, but if I take a photo, and you are in it, you have no right to tell me what i can or cannot do with it, UNLESS i am getting paid off it

    Anytime my name is tagged, i get a email that asked me if i want the info published to my friends or not. BEFORE my name is added. This goes for posts and photo tags. I find this to be a fair trade off.

    why not? for years car makers wouldnt allow "real damage" or in some cases any damage shown on their cars in racing games. How is this any different?

    on one of the channels, i dont recall which i do so get those stations streaming, There are NFL channels and espn channels with highlights corrrect, but those are not what i am talking about

    Actually the XBMCWizard addon that was released in december does give me those options. I dont get "full local" streaming but i do get the 3 you referenced.

    they claim cash discounts, but in truth you pay more for CC when you are 10 cents higher on CC at the ones who charge more vs the ones that are same cash v credit
