    the other thing no one is asking is why wasnt this enacted by congress to begin with? rather than deal with the past 2 years, why didnt congress do its job before???

  10. ive always prefered the roku over the firestick myself. been a couple years since ive messed with a firestick so not sure (other than kodi) what im missing these days with it over the roku but being a hardware maker only, i dont anticipate these kinds of issues with the roku

    mainly it doesnt allow the coastal elites control of the country. my state of NY is a perfect example of why the electoral college is better than a straight vote. NYC covers an area of what, 30 square miles? if that?? Yet due to its population density, it has control over the entire state, eventhough the entire state minus NYC does not want anything to do with the policies that come through due to the influence of NYC

    now imagine the entire country being run by NYC and a few other big cities. No thanks

    no, not part of the problem, If you gotta protect yourself you gotta protect yourself.

    its sad that it has come down to that (although in reality i think hes lying, metal detectors in chicago schools and all) but if you live in a rough neighborhood, you really do need some sort of protection. My girl has mace on her keychain

    I actually never made a claim one way or the other in favor or against the lawsuits. However I will point out that many of these have come up and many of them have been tossed out.

    is there a firm out there trying to ride the Social justice wave to the bank? I dont know. but it is a valid question to ask.

    I think we need to find out the lawyers representing all these cases. it seems every other week there is a new lawsuit over this and I wonder if its simply the same group of lawyers trying to make a buck.

    oh no, there are a bunch who dont know the legal issues. Grandparents for example who were gifted them. the majority of the people of course know. but id say at least 10-20% honestly do not know
