I've been a fan of the series for a long time. Untill 10 part 2. bleh.
Also, 11 was online only. Bleh.
The 12 demo had a somewhat confusing battle system (do i try to dodge attacks? etc.)
Since the original creator of Final Fantasy left after 10, (Nobuo Uematsu left too) and i've disliked every release since they both left, I don't have high hopes for 12.
I've used (and like) both Linux and Osx, although the people who tend to use these OS'es froth at the mouth over them.
OSX IS THE BEST! I LOVE YOU APPLE!!!!!!
LINUX ROCKS! SCREW YOU WINDOWS DUMMY USERS!!
Apple im sure knows this. Sure it's just a leather Ipod case, but IT'S APPLE!!!! YAYA!!~!! *dances*
I think I stick with Windows mainly because I'm scared of the the users of the alternative operating systems. I don't want people to think im some freak product patriotic nutjob.
Still the best console ever IMO

I remember getting my NES. Got the gun AND R.O.B. in fact. (Although I found playing Gyromyte with my feet much easier than using ROB)
I spent nearly every day playing on that thing. Or over at a friends house playing a 2-player simo game. There were a ton of great titles on that system.
Hey anyone remember that article in Nintendo Power? The one which said something like "Some games might slow down and flicker. This is because the game is SO powerful!!!"
Man talk about a biased magazine. I mean it is Nintendo who owns it after all. At the time though I ate it all up with gusto! Plus by subscribing during a promotion: I got a copy of Dragon Warrior.
I don't retro-game much. Sometimes for 5-10 mins here and there for the memory and for kicks. MC2 however, I can still play it start to finish and enjoy every second of it.
but im a consumer and I buy things. I get mad when stupid random ads are on sites, or pop up here and there. Still... Say I loved collecting model trains.
Google's engine finds out about this, and shows me a model train ad. I click it and it goes to a site which carries old and hard to find models I never knew existed. IMO targeted marketing would benefit both consumers and marketers.
I stop seeing stupid random crap, and suddenly see things i might be really interested in.
Katamari Damacy was (is) awesome.
Gone are the days when Tetris, Katamari, and DOOM show up again, in a different, original form.

Back when I was bratty and beat my controllers when I died in a game. My NES Advantage took it all.

The rest of us are proud of our NES callus.
Speak for yourself!
While I never used R.O.B for games... those spinning Gyromites spun forever on the floor!
I totally agree!
Im sorry I killed and ate people. It was wrong and I feel horrible about it now.
Ehh? Ehh? *looks shady*
From what I recall Magic Carpet 2 sold horribly.
I don't retro-game much. Sometimes for 5-10 mins here and there for the memory and for kicks. MC2 however, I can still play it start to finish and enjoy every second of it.
I don't get this. I don't recall hearing about the X-box until a year or two after the PS2 was out.
That's a great movie. I thought of it right away too when I saw this article.
I hate spam, I hate popups.
