  1. We need to Boycott on Techies Asked To Train Foreign Replacements · · Score: 5, Informative

I have an account with BofA as of this coming Monday; I'm closing my account and moving my money to a smaller local bank. I ask that other BofA account holders do the same. The only way to stop this out sourcing of American jobs is to boycott the source.

  2. RFID Chips on Proposal to Implant RFID Chips in Immigrants · · Score: 1

Expect a big protest from immigrants. Since the majority are of the catholic religion, they will look at this as Satans mark on their bodies. If they think of it this way, they may decide not to come to the USA.

  3. Email Direction on The Time Has Come to Ditch Email? · · Score: 1

Most of these problems could be fixed with a simple nationally maintained LDAP ssystem where email users can set up who is allowed to send email to them. We could put an end to spam and sending of viruses very quickly.

  6. Re:Hydrogen go BOOM! on "H-Prize" Announced · · Score: 1

Transporting hydrogen is not the same as the Hindenburg. A typical vehicle fuel tank would have to be pressurized to 11 atmospheres to be able to hold enough hydrogen to operate a hydrogen vehicle. In this case any leaks from an accident woukld result in a pressure leak that would slice through a human like butter, unless the tank used a bladder system which would contain the pressure leak. There would not be an explosion.

  7. The H Prize on "H-Prize" Announced · · Score: 1

I find the H prize a great idea to create the drive to invent and solve the alternative fuel problem. Since hydrogen must be produced from other sources of energy we must first increase the use of nuclear power for the production of cheap electricity. Once we have cheap electricity then we can have a cheap supply of hydrogen.

  8. ethanol tariffs on Urging Congress to Cancel the Ethanol Tariff · · Score: 1

Let me get this straight, Wall Street wants to remove the tarriffs from foreign imports of ethanol. This will make us dependent on foreign ethanol and foreign price controls in the future. So, we're looking at a repeat of the petroleum industry problem in the near future.

  9. Re:Aww, poor tax evaders! on IRS Compels PayPal to Release Info · · Score: 2, Interesting

As a small business owner I realize that this problem could be solved by becoming a total cashless society. The problem is the politicians are the largest tax evaders not the people. They would never pass a bill that would create a cashless society.

  10. Re:ironic on Netflix Throttling Heavy Renters · · Score: 1

I cancelled my Netflix account, because I had been throttled down to one every 4 days. They would show that a movie had been shipped but, it would never arrive. Originally I was able to watch 3 movies a week. I did not rip the movie or copy in anyway. They still gave me the shaft.
