I have found that casting "Circle of Protection against Ants" works perfectly fine.
Last for quite a while before you need to recast.
Just my 2 goldpieces
Well yeah, but that's why I always manually upgrade my servers.
Some automatic things are nice, but some of them are not. I mean, in Debian, apache2 reloads its configuration every sunday, most of the time it goes without problems, but I had several crashes just because it automatically reloads.
I'm a big fan of Debian myself, just because it works, I got sambaservers, proxies, all running on Debian.
But when I have to set up a webserver (which I mostly do with Cpanel/WHM) I'm setting it up with CentOS, just because it runs perfectly, with everything I need. I tried this before with RH, but I don't know, CentOS just feels better for some reason.
The thing with these numbers is that they are misleading at best, and the only thing they accomplish is immature fanboyism. It's a fact that Internet Explorer is inferior to Firefox with its extensive collection of extensions and ability to support qualified web standards, but does the community need to resort to using third-class promotional tactics with total downloads number?"
Right, so 'fanboyism' is wrong, but you're trying to flame anyway? I think that the author is something like an overzealous ignorant flamer FF-fanboy
Don't get me wrong btw, I love FF, but people like this make me sick.
To fully protect a Windows/Linux/BSD/OS X box, is to plug out the network-cable
But since that's not worth much, I suppose you can say a total secure box, isn't something from the near future.
It's been stated before, and I agree with it. CNR is ok in Ubuntu, since the apt-tool will still be available, for the users amongst us that use Ubuntu and are very happy with it (like yours truly), CNR isn't going to be used. But for the other users who want more apps and easy of use, CNR is going to be the solution. Personally I think Ubuntu is great as is, but adding new futures to it that make other people use Ubuntu too, is a great step forward.
I'm using Ubuntu since the first version now, and even though I like the distro for my daily need (just surfing, watching movies/dvds and webdesign), but let's be honest, Ubuntu is secure enough (sudo makes it that way) for normal users and it has some neat apps, but it still isn't stable enough.
If I had to use a distro for embedding, I'd go for Debian, since that one has proven to be very stable and secure. My servers are running Debian, and I never had any problem with it at all.
Don't get me wrong, I paid for Photoshop and Dreamweaver alike, but nowadays I'm switched to linux, and I think Quanta is quite a good replacement for dreamweaver there. And even though the Gimp isnt comparable to Photoshop, it does pretty much all I want it to do, and I assume it does for most people, if they just took the time to learn the program a bit
But that's the problem.. Even linux-users can be pretty naive.
Anyway, this 'virus' isn't really going to pose any threats to the computing world , or is someone going to disagree with me there?
Skype on a DS?
I wonder where the future is going, if we are going to talk to our gaming handhelds.. But then again... we're dancing in front of the PS2...
Makes you wonder

Try setting up a simple webmailprog. Like Ilohamail or something. That should work through a proxy.

We can't help it Bill uses a cluster of linux-pc's to do his computing work, of course he thinks the laptops are inferior.

You people are great! What would I do without you? * :~# connection to host closed

You're totally right about that, and I also forgot to mention to switch of the power, and while ur at it, make yourself a cup of coffee!

I know, but I still think Lufia is great :P.
Dekar is tha man!
Lufia 1 & 2 were, in my opinion, after the Zelda series, the best RPG ever.. but anyway, on-topic.. I don't think they mean the Ruby Apple here :-(
Now I'm finally able to get the Ruby Apple in Lufia on the SNES?
I think you need 200 of those to get some work done :P
Does it run linux?
Let's start the distro-wars!

it
Adobe Photoshop : The Gimp Dreamweaver: Bluefish or Quanta iTunes: Amarok And who wants those annoying flash-images anyway :P
Does it play mp3's?
