    If innocent children suffer or die because medical advice was not followed, the problem did not solve itself
    Adults can decline care for themselves all they want, fine.
    But withholding proven preventative care from children should be deemed reckless and punished accordingly.
    Just like we punish parents who malnourish their children to death because of their (parents') crazy vegan beliefs.

    a) make a video of yourself playing ping-pong clothed
    and
    b) make a video of yourself playing ping-pong naked.

    It's only a "problem" if you assume that selling your body for sex is somehow worse than selling your body for manual labor (getting paid to dig ditches or run network cables) or selling your intellectual ability
    It's not. It's the same thing. In a free society consenting adults can sell whatever they have.
    Of course on this site "free society" and "libertarian" are the insults.

    Unknown Callers (# not in the address book) don't ring or vibrate the phone. The feature is called "do not disturb". If it's important, they will leave the voicemail. Incidentally I switched voicemail to google voice which has its own spam filter So spam VMs go to "Spam" folder and never alert me.

    Airlines want to make make more money, they find ways to get more money from people. If you are flying with small children who don't want to seat separately, don't fly "budget" airlines. Or pay extra which is still cheaper than traditional fares. What's the problem?

    Hint: there's no evidence or allegations that FB security was breached by GRU or other Russian agencies. The ads were bought fair and square.
    Therefore the transactions are wholly outside of the "security head" domain. So who cares what he thinks on the issue.

    Except he didn't admit to sexual assault. Assault implies lack of consent.
    "They let you do it" as he put it indicates consent. Consensual sexual contact is not assault.

    Cheating on your wife is not an impeachable offence. Obstructing justice by committing and suborning perjury is impeachable offence.

    His campaign manager was found guilty of crimes committed before he was his campaign manager. The crimes took place during Obama presidency.
    Your post is the perfect example of lies constantly repeated by the media. Just for that journalists deserve to be insulted and verbally attacked.

    When will Facebook act on the Left-stream media sowing discord with lies about police shootings; relentless attacks on the President; whitewashing of the criminals, especially of the immigrant variety and on and on?

    The 24/7 attacks on Trump back in the 2015-2016 election season by the mass-media including by the NY Times partially owned by Carlos Slim (foreigner) is just fine but a handful of FB ads is the end of the world.

    Here in NJ we had temperature-wise about average January, much warmer than average February and slightly below average March so far.
    1 snow fall in January
    a few medium snow storms in March

    Back in 1996 we had extreme snowstorms
    In 2011 lots of snow attributed to La Nina.

    Really, this "global " scaremongering is getting tiresome.

    The professor in the summary seems to be confused about the power structure.
    He thinks he is the boss and the students are subordinates.

    The basic reality is quite the opposite
    The students are the ones paying the professor's salary. So they can talk to him as appropriate to talk to "the help". In other words they can talk to the professor any way they damn please.

    The professor on the other hand had better address his bosses AKA students as Mr. X or Ms. Y if he want to continue to be paid.

    Drivers have the 1st Amendment right to association
    Right to association includes right to refuse to associate.
    If the drivers do not want to associate with one or more people, they should have the ability.
    If Uber provides a tool that the drivers can use to limit who they associate with, good for the drivers.
    So perhaps instead of blanket application of the "greyball" tool, there should be a checkbox in the Uber app that the drivers can use to turn it on or off.

    Your examples are all violations of the CFAA. While illegal, they have nothing to do with "pirated content" or "copyright infringement"

    The copy is being created by the server, not by you. Client receives the copy, displays it and discards. Client does not make any additional copies. If it did as with torrents, that would be illegal.

    It's only illegal to make copies of copyrighted content without license. So torrenting = illegal. Streaming = legal.
