    That's probably right. Perhaps better is not to link the crime with the disposition of the criminal during the crime. I really do not go for the temporary insanity being a valid excuse. The same goes for lack of sanity or clarity of mind while on a drug and committing a crime. Punish the criminal for the crime, and not for the state of mind or extenuating circumstances.

    comes from a sense of being tied to the game. I've only felt this when playing hard-core on battle.net. For those who don't know, in hard-core, when your character "dies", it is completely wiped-out. When you've got an attachment to the character in that all you've been doing can be completely lost, there's more "engagement" and you really do feel true fear of loss.

    You're confusing (and abusing) what "+" means. "+" implies nor is defined by any interaction. In the case of antimatter/mudballs, you're injecting interaction into the "+" function. 1 is 1. That is, it's not a thing, it's an amount. And by definition of how we humans use it, 2 is defined to be exactly equal to two 1s. Therefore in any universe 1+1=2, irregardless of the units involved.

    And magically, you didn't see what you just did there. Payer A's 8% of 16000 is alot less than Payer B's 8% of 90000 (current cap) while both payers will get the SAME benefits back out. Tell me that the burden is quite the same now...

    So, what we need is 12 years of learning critical thinking? That's 1 year (max). If you don't learn critical thinking within that time frame you're a broom engineer. The remainder of the 11 years is still "teaching to the test".
