I'd have to agree; back a few years ago when I was working at a private school, we started a team in cooperation with a school for special needs students. We won the Judges award for Extraordinary Partnership first year in, and second year placed in the regionals. You have to really look at what FIRST is all about, and play to your team's strengths. Also, partnerships with industry and engineering firms can be a big help here too.
Working with students in FIRST was probably one of the most enjoyable and rewarding high points in my entire career. I'd recommend it to anyone.
These hackers are helping no one - except maybe Romney. They make hackers look bad, they give more fuel to the fire that Bitcoins are a criminal haven, and they give rise to suspicions that the Dems are behind this. Thanks for nothing.
and then call the lobbyists and take the money and sell us out. Any idea that this is going to provide ubitquitous broadband service nationwide is a (pardon the pun) pipe dream. And once the tax is in place, it's never going away.
...who defended her thesis on background knowledge in sentence processing, and who, out of 10 published acedmic papers has only done one even remotely related to user interfaces? I guess there is a different meaning to expert in academia. And while she works (present tense) at PARC, she didn't have *anything* to do with PARC's original WIMP developments.
I guess none of this matters when you have a MS bashing article title to jazz the slashdotters, but this is one misrepresentation after another.
So do nothing? The thing you fail to address is that pirated apps are one of the prime vectors for security hacks and viruses, espceially in the mobile sector.
that Onity gauranteed the locks to be unhackable. A researcher discovered a flaw, they are offering two solutions to correct it; one free and one (better) for a reduced price. What's the issue? Maybe I'm missing something, but they seem to be acting fairly and responsibly.
I can't get someone to step me through a bunch of useless processes, only to tell me that they can't help me and that whatever part I need isn't covered?
I don't think anyone was debating whether the commercials are 'successful' because as you state, sales are the ultimate determiner. The question being debated is taste, and on that count I have to agree with the pundits. I did *physically* cringe when watching them, and what's really sad is that they aren't even as good as the relentlessly annoying (and only half true) Mac vs. PC series.
What Jobs would think is immaterial. Watching this even made one of the fanboiz in my office start to look at my android a little closer. The fact is, unless Apple pulls a rabbit out their hat with iPhone "next" instead of yet another incremental improvement, he's moving to the droid - and I found he's not the only one considering the swap.
And as a stockholder, *that* is what *really* makes me cringe!
When demonstrated for the reporter, the hack only worked on *one* out of *four* of the doors tested in a REAL hotel, and then only on the second attempt after Brocious fine tuned and tweaked his software. Also, this can be defeated by simply using any one of the mechanical locks on the door.
The bottom line is that if you aren't using the mechanical bolt or slide lock when staying at *any* hotel, you were vulnerable way before this hack. Keep in mind that there are plenty of AUTHORIZED users of master card keys on the hotel staff.
The judge is not publicly trying to change anything, unless you can show evidence to the contrary. He is merely giving his higly qualified opinion, which as a judge, he's not only entitled to do, but encouraged to do so.
Maybe your just taking your nym to literally... LOL
But last time I checked, the US was part of the world. So exclduing it from the count skews the numbers and therefore the conclusions.
No MS fanboy, but I'm really sick of these so called stats that say one browser or another is number one. Seems to be once or twice a quarter these articles get posted on/. and none of them ever turn out to be without major flaws.

Wishing I had mod points I had last week and didn't know what to do with. I would mod this up as insightful....
So an Anonymous Coward comments that this was NOT Anonymous, but Anonymous member AnonymousOwn3r??!?
Should I beleive *ANY* of this or what???
If there's ever a ./ hall of fame, I'd like to nominate this post.

Meow, meow folks... I think we should be mice to each other and cut out the cat calls.

Agreed. Love it and well worth the reasonable price. Suck it, Roboform!
And that's the very reason I am addressing Americans; it's accepted in UK English. It's not in American English dictionaries.
Attention Americans, it's "oriented" or "orientation". NOT "ORIENTATED". (Unless you're originally from the UK, which is in London. JK...JK)

Because there aren't any free Apps on either Itunes or Play now.
That's not an uncanny valley so much as an uncanny cave.

And Eureka is in it's final season. Coincidence? I think not!
