Zeus is a rather nice server. It has a very easy web-based administration interface, that remains pretty powerful (I like it better than Roxen's admin interface. I seem to have to click continuosly in Roxen to set a simple option). Zeus isn't cheap though.
This isn't a flame. But, honestly bugg, even a core FreeBSD developer would be unable to make a statement of that sort with confidence. FreeBSD still has a way to go before its SMP is solid.
I like FreeBSD a lot, don't get me wrong, but some of the FreeBSD Bigots (especially in #freeBSD) turn off would-be users.
I got the Red Hat letter a while ago, but VA Linux didn't send me their letter. Oh well, I guess contributing to the Linux Documentation Project, and writing some utilities and making them available on MetaLab is unimportant. Hmph.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Novell part of the lawsuit against the BSD folks a decade ago? I think Novell had some vested interest in AT&T Unix.
If so, that doesn't show very well for Novell's track record.
Why does everyone use the term Open Source now? May Free Software live on.
Because maybe your machine is too slow to play DVD in realtime, and you want to write it to the HDD and convert it to a different format and play it? Duh.
They removed my page too, because I was out of the country at the time that I got the e-mail, and did not think to fax overseas... I lost MANY geopoints, hundreds of dollars worth.
Metrolink is a much better company. They were one of the first commercial companies releasing Linux software (such as Motif ports), and they regularly contribute to XFree86 and other free software causes. Plus they don't charge astronomical prices for their X server.

I think numbering your versions by year is awkward. You end up having Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows 98 Second Edition OEM, etc.

I quickly modified the perl code to fix the problem, but then I noticed that a fix was already posted on the site. Silly me.

I know that Ra2Wav works fine under Wine though, as long as you install RealPlayer G2 first. Try this directory containing XFileGet, RA2wav, etc.

Wonder when the ISO will be downloadable. Probably as soon as it's mirrored to the other sites...

**Damn me**! From now on I'll read Slashdot a lot more carefully :-). No, I've been too busy in the past week.
Using Schwab we had set limit of $50, for several thousand dollars worth.. We did not get in. The price was up to $290 when it started trading..

Red Baron was based on the Spyglass Mosaic code (same code IE 3.0 was based on).
RedHat doesn't own the source for it.

Delphi with GTK widgets would kick ass. Plus it's theme-able :-).
