However all it would prove is that your mobile phone was traveling at speed, whos to say that phone was on your person or in the car that you was driving.

Actually I was wondering what was going to happen this 5th of Novembeber since the government had passed a law that ment it was illegal to glorify terrorism.
So you wont mind when the Police knock down your door to check that the 500 blank DVDr's and cases that you bought and swiped your ID card to receive your "Loyalty" bonus, are not being used to distribute terrorist propergander.
Or just because they think you are a pirate... and everyone knows that piracy funds terrorism, or is that just FUD.
as well as the good feeling players would get from putting back into the community, perhaps they would be awarded with a Karma modifer;) and get ranked on how helpful they were. gold star anyone ??

Its simple, offer free replacment for scratched disc.
And chipping PS2's is now illegal, or at least selling/buying the mod chip(in most countries), so should be no problem getting it so that chipping the PS3 is also against the law.
