At the same time, fanboys like you aren't helping anything either. Responding to any criticism of your chosen system with "That's not an actual problem, what the hell are you talking about" is just as bad, and it serves to push the idea that Android fanboys can't take criticism. Android is great, I love it, but to pretend that things like this aren't a problem is just insane.

Just to point out, most of the more popular Android phones don't have hardware keyboards. In fact, there's really only a handful of them that do, and only a couple that aren't marketed as slightly more than feature phones for texters (Droid 1/2 and some phone on Sprint being the heavy duty ones I can think of right now).

I'm guessing that, not only were they told that having an active cell phone in the exam room would disqualify them, but that the presence of said cell phone wouldn't automatically peg them as cheaters, but would invite a more thorough investigation.

The statistics are very good for abstinence programs. They work 100% of the time they are used. You can't get better than 100%.

IFF abstinence is actually adhered to. Most people don't stay abstinent until marriage, and whether you like it or not, the State is not going to step in and tell people to stop fucking. The failure of abstinence only programs is that they almost never cover how to effectively use birth control and condoms. So the kids that get this shitty advice, when they start having sex (and they will), will have absolutely no idea how to protect themselves, and pregnancy will occur.
