    thank you.

Check Biden's record of voting similar to the Bush administration, you will find it similar to McCain's. The fact is that most everyone agrees on most things that pass so... everyone votes the same as everyone else.

The argument about McCain and Bush having similar ositions is absurd.

You cannot assess the cost like a 4 year business plan. It must be looked at over decades. The jury is still out on the cost benefit analysis of our current conflict.

It sure would be nice to have a stable democratic commercially oriented Middle East. It will be hard to unseat the Sauds though. They are probably the next nut that needs to be cracked.

If this is true they cannot have them both on at the same time. Part of the benefit is the digital takes up less room than analog so they free up some space between channels with the digital.

The navy ship probably devoted a lot of its resources to things other than data center AC. Divert some of that power to the HVAC units and I think the power issue is gone.

Navy ships use surface water for cooling because the sea trunks need to be on the side of a mobile vessel. A google server boat could get the coolant from 200' below the surface where temps are a bit more condusive to cooling.

The latency could be solved with cables instead of satelites, but I agree in general that it is a technical and physical issue. keeping a lock on a satelite is only a technical issue and surely solvable.

A server boat would not need a round bottom with a pointy front for skimming along the surface at 30 knots so... pitch and roll issues should be solvable with a design more comparable to a off shore oil platform.

The comparison should be with the oil platforms, not a USN Frigate.

I would expect that to be a state by state thing, but Florida, the answer is yes. Even though the owners live in other states, their SSN is public record on their land deeds. I laugh at the idea that we should shred our junk mail, it is simply too easy to get more and better identity information from public records. You can walk up to the county clerks office and get them to hand this kind of info to you. You can really twist the screws on a neighbor you do not like. Should you decide it suits you. You do not even need the internet to do so anonymously. You can do it with the help of government employees. Personally, I vote for LESS GOVERNMENT. This is one reason why.

Well the translation/copy says so anyways. Given the hypothetical nature of God, you cannot prove the world was not made 5 seconds ago. So, if you believe God created the universe and all the laws of nature, you cannot assume anything science "proves" as factual, only the intended result of God. The point is... When you make that leap of faith Science and the word of God become one and the same. If you do not make that leap then they are clearly different standards. This leap of faith is a boolean value perhaps with a null option, but I think those that have a null opinion of God are unable to articulate what they really believe. But that is just my opinion so don't put much stock in it.

Those aree public records and you have a right to see them with a trip to the state or county seat. They just published that which is by law public. I agree though, perhaps it is now too easy to find information. I used similar data to see who owns the empty lots near my house. I wanted to know if it was likely to be developed any time in my life time. Very useful, but there was enough information there that I could sign up for all sorts of junk mail and have it sent to their house. Since I am in Florida, all the land is owned by New Yorkers.... well almost all. Lat 1970's land grabs. Buy a piece of Paradise for just dollars and acre. It can only go up in price. Well, it didn't because Florida changed all the land from residential to Agro immediately after the land grabs happened. Now all these 1/5 acre plots are useless to the owners since you cannot build on agricultural land unless you own at least 5 whole acres. anywa.... off my horse now.

You cannot compare the benefits across each employee this way. The benefits are what they are, you apply for a position, get an offer, if you like it you take it. If not, you decline and move on. If I do not utilize a daycare center, but the rest of the package is good enough for me to exchange that huge portion of my life for, then so be it, I take the job and do the best I can at it. If I really need free daycare, I can always look at companies that offer it and only apply there. It may restrict me severly, but it is an option available to me. Of course, I could just find a job that pays a little more to offset the costs as well. OR, I could vote for a Democratic House/Senat/Executive Branch and wait for the state to take the costs from my fellow citizens and give it to me. ;)
