I think apple will be better off with amd quad-cores as the the intel ones are just 2 dual-cores in the same die also AMD 4x4 looks like some thing that apple may want to have a duel duel core or dual quad-core that does not need costly ECC ram plus it has better cpu linking. The new upcomeing intel chip set does not let you use two video cards together and apple may want to sell some systems with dual NVIDIA Quadros and gefores as well as ATI FireGLs and Radeons.
Thay should make it like xp. Home and Pro and let home use 2 cpus so you can use the upcomeing amd 4x4 with home also let pro use 4 or more cpus. You can also have a pro that is more geared for home use as well.

Thay have internet Jukebox so thay can just a usb port to it. But thay run windows and hacker may be able to plug in the usb port and hack in to the jukebox.
Great so now I have to play more for games / apps because poser mobile only lets you buy / apps from there own store where they cost $15.00 or more and you can't use the games/apps makers own store when they cost $7.99.
I just want a good case with good cooling. I don't want a door that I to open to get the CD / DVD divers I also want a lot of front ports on it and I don't want to pay $100+ for it.
MS needs to come out with a common update system that is easy for games and other apps to use and is free for developers to use. Then you can at lest get rid of having to deal with games and other apps having there own built in updaters and needing admin just to run them as some force you to get the updates to use them. This system can also make it easy to keep your whole system up to date. You will just need to be a admin to run that common update system or even let it be setup to auto run in the back round at system level. Also MS need to let get the all of the updates form windows update using auto update. Runas does not work for windows update in windows xp and 2000 and you need to run that to get the Optional updates.

and remember that you can't use intel quad-core systems as they can get a lot hotter.
ATI does not make server chips sets so AMD needs nvidia for that. SLI + 2 or more CPUS is COOL.
We need for the on board video to have it own ram as that is one of things that makes it bad.

Windows vista X64 will not run unsigned drivers the 32 bit one will run some of them.

also the 5000 has only 512k L2 pre core where as the FX-60 has 1meg pre core.
