    when you are living on the bread line, you tend to have a more short term attitude to things. So if they get a bit more money than usual, they will enjoy it quickly as a treat against all the other times where they are having a hard time

    and another trope by rich people is "pay peanuts and you get monkeys" rather than "pay millions and get all the blaggers/fast talkers".

    Money is not an indicator of intelligence. There are too many rich con-artists out there.

    Its far more stressful to be on the breadline day after day than it is to have a well paid so called high power job.

    You are a prime example of whats wrong with the fundamental religious. The right to religious freedom is the right to practice it, NOT have privileges over other people of other religions or no religion.

    I wouldn't attribute a "system of ethics" to any religion or holy book. They are full of hate and demand various atrocities to prove you "love" your deity. There are more ethics in the Harry Potter books than the "holy" books

    Truth is factual. Belief is personal. Religious freedom is abused by the religious, atheists etc would have no real issue with it if they kept it to themselves and stopped trying to enshrine their views into laws of the land. e.g. homophobic and slavery laws of the past and now trying to abuse women by restricting their rights (in some states - mainly bible states)

    yes, but there is no justifiable reason to eliminate a whole species of a bird/animal. I'd bet most of these people shooting the birds thought that it was a sport, you know one of those sports where the advantage is 100% to the human with a gun and it made them feel big.... bit like the gun lobby now

    i prefer a mouse as well, what i'd really prefer would be a laptop with a touch screen. i hate touchpads etc.

    i've got a laptop that blue screens when you pull out the power cord.

    If i remember correctly a lot of the power management problems are due to the manufacturers not implementing the standards correctly, they implemented them to the broken Windows implementation in order to keep WIndows working.

    no its not, thats just your excuse to justify it. So why cherry pick the good bits in Leviticus and other poisonous books, why not remove these books from the bible which is supposed to be Gods word? The religious spin more than politicians and artists

    i know i get very irritable if i have too much sugar. they've also done tests in UK prisons where they have removed sugar and they find that the inmates are a lot more calm.

    Not the windows i use occasionally. Win 7 was ok for a week or two and its getting progressively slower with the disk thrashing almost all the time
