    "Is Global Warming happening now? Yep, it appears it is. Is mankind the only cause of this phenomenon? " i've not seen anything that says we are the only cause, my understanding is that we are contributing to it and this is accelerating the climate change.

    " Move money over seas where there is little to no regulation/tax and now you can operate virtually tax free. Foreign countries and the corporations win. " this is whole point of this proposed Google tax. they get taxed at a higher rate on what they move abroad to avoid the local lower tax.

    if you mean every one pays the same percentage for tax then all products, fines, penalties etc should be a percentage of the annual salary as well instead of a flat fee so pro-rata everyone pays the same (and so it hurts the same to the same degree).

    Solar panels work just fine in ambient light and will produce significant energy in the fog or on overcast days. Sure, you'll lose some, maybe upto as much as 50% efficiency in really overcast days, you'll just have to get a bigger battery to reduce the "range anxiety" type issue. Solar panels are actually more efficient at cooler temperatures than hot ones. Germany leads the world in residential solar right now, and doesn’t have a sunny climate.

    If people insulated their houses to a high level like PassivHaus, they will find that they are far less reliant on heating/cooling systems because the insulation keeps the house at stable temperatures

    they are also aware that the world is moving to more economical forms of power generation/delivery, solar/wind/hydro/nucleur power generation, electronic vehicles etc etc and getting less reliant on oil based power.

Solar companies can then offer the whole package of generation and storage.

    i think you are misreading what i was trying to say. i'm not supporting the unofficial "policy", i'm just saying it looks like there is an agenda to remove climate science from the equation without a written mandate.
