Now if only software engineers could write programs that weren't 10% effective and 90% bloat.
My p3 1ghz Dell runs great for everything but gaming. My 2.4ghz Opteron gaming rig runs everything but games at the exact same speed. I think we need better software, not hardware. Of course, it is much easier to attach buzzwords to hardware.:\
"I cannot continue to sit back and allow the Boy Scouts to continue to sap and impurify all of our precious intellectual property," said a Business Software Alliance representative, "God willing, we will prevail, through the purity and essence of our trademarks and copyrights."
Anyone else think that sounds a bit too much like a religious zealot?
The "problem" is that the software, like everything else M$, is crap, and says that legit users aren't running a legit copy.
I really, really hope that a large business is screwed by this WGA BS and sues M$ for an amount that actually affects them.
Imagine every emotard on myspace with several obscure characters before their name trying to be first on the list. I don't think i'd be able to handle it, honestly, and I might have to end some(all) of them.
CPU: Crap, can't even get it at that price anymore.
Motherboard: Not available in US. Crap.
Ram: 1gb is quickly falling to the low end. Crap.
Soundcard: Onboard sound, ie Crap.
Case: Ugly gimmick & built in PSU? Crap.
GPU: Crap
Summary of article: We pieced together a bunch of budget crap that won't last more than two years, if you could even aquire these things.
Any enthusiast can build a much better rig for around $1000
One can only dream.

I bought 5 books last night, knowing fully well that I could easily get them online for free.
I haven't bought any music or movies in at least five years due to the greedy ****ing **AA - that and everything released has been a -2/10.
Make stuff worth having and we will probably buy it... or you can just sue grandma for downloading without a computer, that always works.

Wouldn't allergy-free people be much more efficient?
No.
They'll wait till they're in college, if they make it that far, and use Facebook.
