    At least this time their system will be able to run the code from PS4/Xbone, which probably will make possible to downport games to it, like running at 720p rather than having to rewrite the whole thing from scratch and having to redo the whole texturing/models to fit into the tiny memory.

    I'm pretty sure you can't for example reach the ending of megaman 3.

    Well, i don't have the patience to go after this data if it even exist, but seeing what happens with other markets on the same situation like drug dealing, it's quite obvious how effective governments are at banning anything, if compared to markets where they only heavily regulate, like tobacco.

    If by gun control you mean allowing the existence of gun shops but imposing some reasonable but strict rules on em then yes it works.
    But if you forbid those shops to exist, they will still exist under the radar and being 100 times worse than anything legal you could get, as they would focus on selling weapons to criminals in an completely unregulated form pretty much.

    Actually, black people will mostly benefit from trump if he delivers the jobs he promising to give.
    This is why there is actually quite a lot of black trump supporters.

    Sonic screwed it up when they forgot the main selling point of the game that was the fact it used a pinball like physics.
    Sonic adventure and up have a greatly simplified physics that requires no skill other than paying enough attention.

    Well yes, but as soon they ban, people will at very least crack the devices and create a whole huge parallel market of either cracking software or hardware to sideload programs, as it happens with the game consoles right now.

    I think it's quite impossible to stop markets from happening.
    Which is why besides their best efforts, its still easy to buy drugs for example.

    The telemetry is most likely used to determine the brand of toothpaste you use, rather than your sensitive data.

    The problem is that generally people that do those outcries also demand for quotas, instead of demanding for actually looking why the problem exist and coming with a solution that actually works.
    Quotas are awfully racist, and not talking about "reverse-racism" here or even actual racism (the act of grouping the populace into races and embedding each of the groups with a common collective set of properties), but the "academic definition of racism".
    You're basically painting every minority and women here as "dumber than the rest, thus needing a stepping stone to get in", and it fucking sticks to em for the rest of the time they stay on the job.

    I don't see much use for this data, because people are being actually guided by the application, rather than acting on their own.
    You have to remember that in the end of the day, what google wants with the data is to sell it to the companies as statistics and bullshit like "yes, getting a red logo made more people pay attention to your product".
    Of course, a more likely scenario would be to place a pokemon close to a product you want to sell, but its arguable if the person will even see the product.

    Love it or hate it, but the intel integrated chips are now actually able to boot and run a lot if not all available games for the PC at let's say "console level" frame rate.
    So casual people can pretty much use their newest dell to play most stuff they get on steam.

    Nintendo is not a good company, its a very, very, VERY lucky bad company.
    They're always doing bad moves, but then finding "that thing" that boosts the company value tenfold and allow em to keep doing bad moves forever.
    Donkey kong (a game that was not even supposed to exist, but just to toss the blame of the failure of radar scope on a rookie)
    Famicom (a console where nintendo bought 5 million of chips (to get em cheap) on a era where consoles not called atari sold less than a million of units and atari iself was at 7, AND that had a total recall due a hardware failure)
    Portable tetris (A russian roulette with the rights for publishing the game that ended landing right and allowed the gameboy to thrive)
    Pocket Monsters (A game that is the very definition of development hell made by 6 guys)
    Wii...Amiibos..
