I thought all tarmac was asphalt. (the OP states "asphalt tarmac")
I do have to wonder why this airport chose to use it. I thought most airports used concrete for these surfaces. After all, airplanes are heavy---and have so few points touching the ground. Also,it has been known for years that asphalt gets soft when it heats up. Maybe in Alaska, but near DC---it's just the wrong material, not just now, but before "global warming" was a twinkle in Al Gore's eye.
The.NET Micro Framework has already been ported to ARM---as well as BlackFin. Did intel bitch about that? It's really up to what Microsoft wants to do. After all, how hard would it be to have the whole.NET ported over to ARM (or most other architectures) at this point?
The cellular companies don't need more bandwidth, they need to get rid of the iPhones. Less bandwidth would be needed, and maybe companies like Sprint could turn a profit.
because they are, for the most part, barely literate.
... or does the US just use the front door?

The current administration only uses the parts of the constitution it likes. All others be damned.
Just wait....
On a positive note, they may be able to harness the energy of James Madison spinning in his grave.
I would be more impressed when Google tries to right the wrongs they have done.
I am certain he didn't believe in the copyright systems, too. Ever read John Locke's works? Jefferson sure did:

Well, it's the whole bug or feature thing.
It's like the Y2K bug, but every few years.
It would be news if the FTC discovered this and it wasn't about devices that use Apple's Safari.
Now, that's what I look for in a good movie.
Who gives a crap about the screenplay, the actors, etc.
It's all about the framerate---NOT!
It seems to me that Mr. Jackson has been in the sun too long and is suffering from heat stroke.

Think of how much you can shrink the schedule by testing the equipment and analyzing the test results while the device is on its way.
Just what my phone doesn't need: Something that will drain the battery.
Honestly, why couldn't it provide power and have a battery?
Honestly,
It is well known that iPhones use too much data for no good reason.
for example:

I am sure this has nothing to do with the alleged high cost of SMS compared to the cost to Tweet.
It's not hacking...it's optimization.

Of course it's real. There isn't an imaginary term in the wavefunction equation.
Do we at least get to customize our avatar as one can on many websites?
So, what about the defective Safari?
Did Google actually violate the law any more so than Apple by expecting all websites to behave?
How about "Walled Garden"?
I still don't like walled gardens. I will stick to Android or even Windows Phone.
Kudos to Microsoft!
Not necessarily. Just up the road at the DFW airport a woman got a handgun past the ever vigilant TSA.

What more can I say. Dallas, TSA, Southwest---we aren't talking about the brain trust here.
I am surprised someone just didn't scream NERDS!
