I am surprised that some company (I have Apple in mind) isn't trying to sue everyone for the process of suing people for copying stuff that they, themselves, have copied. I just think it's the logical next step.
I stopped riding because of the carpal tunnel syndrome that I developed---probably from biking. Hours and hours of holding my hands on the handlebars at awkward angles is just killing me!
So, what if the data center isn't near a suitable reservoir. Even if it were, I am sure there would be hundreds, if not thousands, of people complaining that MicroSoft displaced them to put a reservoir there.
How is this any different from Google circumventing the default privacy settings in Apple's Safari? Google was sued here. Since Apache isn't a company, is this the way for the likes of Google and others to get their bidding done?
I am glad I do not own an internet cafe in Malaysia!!! Well, that's what you get with a federal constitutional elective monarchy, or whatever they want to call it.
Doesn't anyone remember what Apple had in 2007 (Steve Jobs and his working "reality distortion field") and what HP had in 2007 (Carly Fiorina and her distorted view of reality)?
I doubt that this will be good for other TI users, either---not just B&N.
So, to disprove the simulation theory, are they looking for the spoon?
It's not alchemy. That would be creating gold from other elements. This is simple refining.

This is a penalty due to a contractual obligation. It's not a fine.
It's still wasteful, though.

Not that I have a specific preference. I just want to know what page the Obama administration is on.
How about Outlook, Excel, paper and pencil, Libre Office Calc, etc...
