    I am surprised that some company (I have Apple in mind) isn't trying to sue everyone for the process of suing people for copying stuff that they, themselves, have copied.

    Even if it were, I am sure there would be hundreds, if not thousands, of people complaining that MicroSoft displaced them to put a reservoir there.

    In the US, the government cannot restrict "free" speech. However, the US Constitution does not protect you from capital punishment.

    The OP here is in way over his head and the entire project seems to have been planned by idiots.

    This will end badly.

    Like that's the first time. However, we don't know all of the circumstances and I wouldn't be surprised that the OP had this dropped into his/her lap.
