trust me im not a PETA member im thinking more about the edible yummies in the ocean...what type of environmental effect could this possibly have on them...like fishie global freezing, i mean i really doubt their climate for water has changed too much in years now imagine it suddenly 20 degrees or so cooler? hell imagine it 20 degrees colder in any of our winters, idk about yall but id move to the equator...
its more along the lines of: "and this is why linux is failing hard on the desktop."
i know its not nearly as hard as he just made it sound to the newer users, but they dont know that.
actually on a related side note most of my less tech savvy friends usually call me when they try linux after hearing all the hubbub, and ask me which file system they should use, thats usually their first question because the a default ubuntu install it gives you what like 10 choices....thats enough to make any new users head spin.
The problem with your logic is that each case is extremely situational.
I graduated at 16(i wont even say im half as smart as that kid at 11...i was probably still wetting the bed at 11..well that's a bit of an exaggeration but you get the gist), i was testing 11th grade at 11 years old, I can openly say, had i not been skipped ahead, i would have turned out much for the worse, the problem when you dont let children bloom in their natural environment(be it gifted or special classes) they tend to not be nearly as efficient.
Then again was in no way socially mature enough to be skipped, but what it came down to is more of a crash course in social interaction. In the short run it did have its bad effects(IE: imagine being half the size of a normal freshman on senior beat down day.), but it also taught me how to interact much better with those older than me, and when you apply for a job at a younger age, more than likely your boss is going to be at least 10 years your senior, and being able to interact on the same level can make a relatively large difference.
i say give him a cell phone tell him to phone home and watch the hilarity ensue as he tried to get the area code. kinda reminds me of the first time i tried calling europe..
trust me i agree i would never kill one unless i had sufficient reason(i had a pet rose hair tarantula), but if there is a venomous spider that comes near my dog, consider it squished.
also I've been to arizona and one of those got in my pack, and scared the crap out of me...to say the east crushing its head worked quite well though i regretted it later
spiders invade my home every day, who hasn't crushed a brown recluse or two?
there not deadly, not hard to see(unlike brown recluse's), i mean christ there bigger than my hand...if you DON'T see one of these and just step on it(with a shoe on...) then you have more problems than a big spider...
Did anybody expect anything else, last i checked the universe was considered at least partially infinite, black holes have been known about for YEARS, so anybody want to explain how this is news exactly?
also they are black holes...they eat everything around them in a sense, i doubt they are "roaming" however it may seem that way being that it takes X amount of years because of distance for us to see whatever they "eat"
im sorry but i have played counter strike for around 7 years i guess(no idea) ive been a top player as well....tactical????????
if you consider screaming at each other on headsets GO B tactical then thats news to me...
CS is quake without the insane speed(the whole fun of quake the acrobatics and simple fun of it), if you want tactical, play the rainbow six series. Counter strike, has more or less become a breeding ground for annoying morons in the past couple years, being that almost every good player never plays outside of private passworded servers, and the game lost all its fun value being that any good player who still cares about the game, but got past playing it seriously that plays on public servers is stuck listening to screaming kids.
if you DONT look into everything including stuff considered out of date in my opinion your not a programmer.
A true programmer in my opinion is somebody who LIKES to learn and solve problems. History of programming is a really good place to learn. ive sometimes found myself just downloading source off programs ill never use, and more times than not out of date, to look at them and learn, see what i personally would do differently, and say hmm well that could have been done better, and if the project is still being worked on ill either fix it or send it along to somebody.
classes teach you basics, it is you who must take it further, and if its a passion, you take it as far as you can.
when i climbed trees as a kid i sure as hell checked a few branches up...of course the only time i didnt i absentmindedly grabbed air and had a bumpy 20 foot fall to the ground(lovingly broken by around a hundred small and large branches...
This is a facebook status you know, i mean my name is Nocturnal Deviant if i still had a facebook and had deviant up would that hold up in court? half my user names have Deviant in them, so really come now..
Could you link me to a double jeopardy clause in Swedish law please? Personally I'm not sure they have one.
Of course I damn well hope they do. For more than just The Pirate Bays sake, imagine if they win this, after that they'll of course try and get the IP log's of all of the torrent uploader's and everything else.
We have a winner! Ding! Ding! Ding!....game play>blood and gore, I play bloody games all the time, but the reality is exactly as you said it, if blood were gushing out of the turtles when i squashed them in mario, i would be thinking...wow this is kind of stupid..
more gore doesn't make sales its the games that fit together right that do.
When i use to play counter-strike(yes i did....and yes I'm embarrassed), I used to turn the blood off because it made to easier to see the other players, honestly in the end i only played on one server that just had fun people talking, one of the most fun things on that server was running in with the weakest gun in the game with everyone on the team using it and everyone dying, just because ti was a change of pace

a great man once said ignorance is bliss....you exemplified that...good point "if they dont like us were FZCK*D anyways!!"
i say give him a cell phone tell him to phone home and watch the hilarity ensue as he tried to get the area code. kinda reminds me of the first time i tried calling europe..

Don't you mean "iDiot"?
*ducks*
god don't give them the idea....i already get reamed hard enough by the theaters(when i actually go)
you know this is quite possibly the most SENSIBLE, NON fanboy sounding, COMPLETELY intellectual post I've ever heard from a mac user.
hey i would love a laser beam on my head, would make it easier to shoot on games without crosshairs, but id sure go through a lot of monitors..
heh even children can do it!

Honestly i can see where the court would be a little iffy with that officer after that, however i don't see it as grounds for an acquittal.

most likely about chairs, more specifically flying ones
