Over the last few days I noticed that some of the height of the buttons was too short for their text and the search input was also shorter than normal but that seems to be fixed now (FF35/Linux).
This one cost £50M and seeing as it landed intact, within 5km of the centre of its target landing area they obviously did a pretty good job getting it the surface. If they'd spent a bit MORE money/time they might have engineered the probe more reliably so it actually opened properly...
Have you managed to find the search functionality on the mobile version of/. 'cause I haven't. You'd assume it's there somewhere but it must be well hidden.
Personally, using FF Mobile on Android, I just "Request Desktop Site" and get/. classic. Then again that's on a Nexus 7 so the classic version is quite usable, not sure if it would work so well on a <6'' mobile
I agree but unfortunately/. (or more specifically Dice) doesn't care about usability (have you seen Beta?), they only care about page views/eyes on ads. If users never viewed a BH posts then they'd quickly stop him posting.
Personally I saw the abbreviated version of this post without taking in the fact it was yet another BH diatribe, I'd already loaded the page before I realised what it was so Dice's stats will register a hit on the page despite the fact I didn't want to read 90% of the rubbish contained in the OPs post.
IMHO a Greasemonkey userscript would be one way* to allow users to more easily avoid BH posts completely and help get the message to Dice that we don't want these steaming piles of elephant shit.
* I'd be happy to consider other methods such as native plugins or whatever...
As mentioned above, you need a PULL backup solution so the back-up is done by a remote server logging into your machine and taking copies of the files that need to be backed up rather then your machine connecting to a remote server and sending the files. That way your computer has no knowledge of where its backups are stored so cryptowall won't be able to find them either.
In a Linux or Mac environment this would be simple to set up with common tools, You could write a sample BASH script that runs daily on the remote backup server, using SSHFS to mount the target computer's file system and then use backup2l to make incremental backups of the appropriate directories which are saved on the backup file system.
This should work for Windows clients as well but you'd have to install an ssh daemon on the machine or use unencrypted Telnet.
Actually, attitude to sporting teams in general could be a good indicator. In the UK football teams (with the exception of a couple of teams from Manchester) are often supported by people local to the area and if that team moved to another town there would be outrage and the team would have to start building a new fan base (take Wimbledon FC's move to Milton Keynes as an example here).
On the other hand, as I understand it, it's relatively common for NFL teams to move to a new town/city and they usually take their fans with them.
Although not directly relevant, I've seen various documentaries about level (railway) crossings and the effect that increasing visibility DOESN'T increase safety because the drivers will approach the crossing more quickly given better visibility. In other words drivers often approach too quickly and wrongly asses the danger.
Unfortunately I can't find a citation for these studies:-(
I find my Nexus 7 (7'' screen) is the perfect size, large enough to watch videos on, small enough to fit in my pocket (i.e no need to carry a bag with me).
The number of edge cases where a laptop works but an ipad doesn't work keeps on shrinking.
I'm not sure if I'm an edge case but one thing an iPad doesn't do that a laptop (or android tablet, with some fiddling) does do is enable me to plug in a USB thumb drive for easy transfer of large files.

I'd happily sign but it says:

Someone should write a userscript to do that, maybe put it on kickstarter, I know I'd help fund it...
Are SimCity's homeless people in Dwarf Fortress or the player's homeless people?
According to Elon "Didn't get good landing/impact video. Pitch dark and foggy."
(infamous "triangle, circle, square" comes to mind)
Which one was change weapon again?

2) A keyboard that's the same as the default, just with a row of number keys on top.
I use Hacker's Keyboard on Android, not sure if there's an iPhone equivalent.
It's not being released until the Spring but they're working on it although identifying individuals/counting the number of birds might be phase two...

Having said that I could be completely wrong...?

WOW, I know big is 'in' this year in the world of Mac but I didn't realise they did 16 inch wide laptops! How do you carry it anywhere!?!
