  1. Mr. K on Who Were Your Best Teachers? · · Score: 1

My favorate teacher would probably be my chemistery teacher Mr. K. He graded very easily (never failed a student, I got a 100 semester average) He wouldn't force me to pay attention if I understood the subject, and would happily take time to explain and teach me anything related or not to the class that I might ask.

  7. Suggestion for Workspot on Update On WorkSpot · · Score: 1

I used it at school, when VC++ crashed, but gcc didn't. The only problem was lag. The first thing that I did was open an Xterm, so I didn't find the desktop too helpful. If you guys from Workspot are listening: put up a way to acess my account via telnet, this would allow me to use the shell (which is all I need) and solve problems with netscape.

Yeah, I'd like to see a link to a website that tells you to pirate DVDs. And they think that WE have poor ehtics or something. I like how they said that they are on their way to victory with the court asking us to stop posting the code (until the case is over, we should). but they don't realize that the code can never be destroyed anymore. If the fed's break down everyone's door then I'll take the code and post it myself. Everyone should go and educate people, and tell them how CSS really works, if people see that we are right then we'll win!

No, it's not. DVDs contain information, stores contain stuff to steal. There is a difference. I have heard *way* to many analogys that *don't* work the way they are applied, this is stupid. Analogys to explain something technical is sometimes ok, but the abuse is with moral issues. You all probably know, but don't pay any attention to analogys to make a moral statement. Sorry about the rant.
