You have raised a point I have been wondering on for a while. It really doesn't work with only two lanes of traffic, especially when in real world conditions you'll have people going faster OR slower than the speed limit in either lane, keeping you from staying in one or the other even if you're trying to do the speed limit. I've done a fair amount of interstate driving and would definitely notice that people tend to keep out of the left lane unless they're passing (usually over the speed limit, but still), though.
Well, Michigan is 70, at least, which made it terribly annoying when driving to PA where I had to slow down to 55 on I-80. Of course, everyone else was going 70 anyway, so you just follow traffic..
If it weren't for the fact they didn't know any better, watching someone type Facebook or Google (AUGH) into the search bar would cause me to want to punch their face in. The worst part is if they typed it into the location bar it'd probably suggest the right one for them anyway.
Not only has Flash been available on other smartphones (Windows Mobile, N900, etc.) but it's also been available on Android phones with the HTC Sense UI. Now it'll be in every stock 2.2 phone, which will cover hopefully all newer Android-running phones (aka ones running 2.1 now)
Where on Earth (or even Pandora) does it say you need a constant internet connection? They were just implying it has to be downloaded regularly for updates, not constantly.
All PS3's do still support PS1 games, as they sell them on the PSN as well as for the PSP. Pure software emulation. However, the last models of the PS3 that supported PS2 games were full software emulation, nobody could figure out why Sony took it out (besides from them being Sony)
I don't think they ever retroactively removed the ability to play PS2 games from the older hardware that supports it. The new hardware won't let you, but it also isn't advertised as supporting it. (Like how the Slim didn't support Other OS either)
No, they're just whining because they probably have a G1 with not enough RAM in the first place. Android kills processes when memory is needed, it's not like WinMo where all the apps stay open. I have a Droid and haven't had any memory-related problems either, and I use my phone quite a lot.
The only 'limits' on the Droid are the locked bootloader (which is completely normal). Skype was a software choice by Skype and Verizon, not a hardware related one.
I'd be rather interested to find someone capable of not following all the laws at the same time..

The only time I've heard "percentile" used since taking statistics in high school was when looking at bandwidth costs for VPS hosting.

Or more legitimately, trying to go to the Python website, and finding out firsthand it's .org and not .com!
You know you can turn Sense off, right?
Back in my day we only had h.263 and we liked it!

So my tablet is going to have an i7 processor and a nice, real dedicated graphics card, too? Oh wait, that's my laptop.
Yes. Because I want to do my software development from a tablet.
Idiot.

Or turn it off, because, you can, you know.
You must be ne..

Er. You must not come around very often.
Did you even read the article you linked?
Now we have the Apple A4, a brand new design for a SoC produced and owned by Apple, using the same ARM architecture that powers the iPhone.
Why? Google doesn't make hardware.

Unfortunately you won't get it, because having Google Maps requires a Google-branded Android device, which an iPhone is not.

I think you got "intellectual property" and "sacred texts" mixed up there.
You got what you paid for!
Yeah, because allowing your employees to take top secret standalone devices in public is the best way of keeping something secret.
I'll give it six more days, at best, if nothing else happens.
