Since they're removing the "must have a copy of a Source game" requirement from the SDK license, it could very well mean that we can finally redistribute the code. Because of that requirement, mods couldn't even be "visible source", but now that they can (presumably), there's no reason it can't be put on GitHub. Someone putting the code on there would be a big help to developers, actually, to already have a starting point in a code repository.
I dunno, I maintain an addon, and AMO automatically ran some tests and verified that it is compatable with FF 6 already, and marked it as such for me. This was a couple weeks ago. It shouldn't happen as often as it used to.
Probably to lay weight (in a good way, given the way most companies behave.) The city council likely responds better to the CEO of a company talking to them directly instead of lawyers or interns or whatever.
I'm guessing that they were testing the ipv6 on separate domains because if someone were using IPv6 and it were broken on their end, it might be hard to figure out what was wrong.
They haven't been updated because they don't work with new software - I have the old beta version of Kindle for PC specifically to strip the DRM from my books.
I think they mean physical hardware security, not physical location security.

I wouldn't say that's fair, the Xbox 360's graphics work fine! (Which cellphones are starting to come towards in graphics complexity..)
What gameplay elements are in there anyway?
Your imagination. If you don't have one, then wait for the Adventure update.
Discovery channel camera crew vs History channel camera crew: FIGHT!
So you can replace the default SMS application?

I haven't either. Chrome usually reports that it's using MORE memory than Firefox, for the exact same tabs.

So.. Sprint.
Whoops, wrong illegal thing. That'll teach me not to read the GP.
Here's a list! http://www.ncsl.org/default.aspx?tabid=13494 (References to law in each state) The wallet file would be considered property, I think.
I think you mean "higher resolution versions of images you already have"

How can they estimate lost sales of individual items that aren't being bought?

To the cloud, of course!
Sounds like most governments with two parties.
