    Dear friends,

Many of us recognize the importance of the Internet as the new battleground for Israel's image. It's time to do it better, and coordinate our on-line efforts on behalf of Israel. An Israeli software company have developed a free, safe and useful tool for us - the Internet Megaphone.

Please go to www.giyus.org, download the Megaphone, and you will receive daily updates with instant links to important internet polls, problematic articles that require a talk back, etc.

We need 100,000 Megaphone users to make a difference. So, please distribute this mail to all Israel's supporters.

"Energy rationing" clearly shows that people haven't read the bill. Cap & Trade is a way to shutdown excessive polluters and wasters. If there are two energy companies, and one of them produces so much more pollution then the other, then the polluter will be "capped" and their ability to produce energy will be "traded." The trade can happen several ways, the second energy producer can fully takeover the job and produce more, or it will be further outsourced. There is no "starve and freeze" allowed.

While the basics of the bill is easy, you can figure there will be much political battle over the regulations to outsource. We surely don't want another Enron being suddenly rendered lawful by this bill.

That is true because MS actually voted for more security of an individual's IP rights than what ECMAScript 4.0 offered. Those reports (revenue) only show one side of the story. They are only based on gross income but in this century that doesn't mean much anymore for how much one gets to put in pocket. Start to add in health care, child support, gas, import-export taxes, insurance, and etc and you get the disposable income. You'll probably find that the poor has a larger signal-to-noise gap between gross and disposable income than the rich typically have to deal about. It is why the poor stay poor and not because they want to stay poor. Funny, you'll probably see that gap of money going from the poor to the rich, which in turn gets further taxes on it as income to the rich, then goes to government revenue.

Outside the U.S., the government has taken up that signal-to-noise ratio and made it a bit more fair across the board. Those ideas typically get squashed under socialistic ideas and the typical nose-up perk by those that don't dare to look outside U.S. tradition.
