    They are saying travel restrictions.

    As in normal passenger flights are restricted. Why do you think that medical personnel and equipment would not be allowed in?

    I keep hearing that talking point and wondered who could possible believe that a travel restriction would include military and medical personnel. But then here we are.

    I think it's stupid as well but why would it illegal?

    I guess price fixing? I'm not sure if that applies since the cheaper rates are usually part of a bundle deal that has a lifespan of 6 months to a year.

    That's great to hear. So I guess they brought down the "great firewall of China" and now let all ideas float in and out of the country.

    They are know for killing their projects and services but they typically provide a lot of time when they decide to do this.

    Part of capitalism is letting businesses fail as well as succeed.

    This is part of the circle along with all the unemployment that this will bring (based on my anecdotal experiences, guards will have a harder time trying to be rehabilitated to work well with people and "customers" - particularly the kind of customer that can report them without having to risk getting beaten to a pulp for being a snitch.)

    If you are violating an unjust law, then why would you want to hide the fact that you were standing up for your rights? I'm assuming by the time you are considered a criminal, you are already known by the authorities.

    I'm the same way. I used to love KDE - would compile it every night in the early 4x days. I still love it, it's just not necessary for me.

    These days, I pretty much use only use a browser, a terminal (for ssh), and a file manager so the desktop doesn't really matter to me.

    We have an it got like that as well. Always at the pretty ladies desk fixing stuff and refusing to show them how to fix it themselves so they need him.
