You have a right to your own beliefs but there is another side to this coin. English (and all other languages) have a lot of words that sound the same, yet have a different meaning. Even for someone who speaks fluent English it takes many years before they can start to master the vast vocabulary of "fancy" words. On top of that: Words change meaning, they come up with new words, the meaning of a word can change if the sentence changes, and words have different meanings in different work fields.. If you look at Websites like www.acronymfinder.com (you will notice that it has fields for different meanings of an acronym). Acronyms are constantly used, more and more, in newspapers, magazines, and even articles on the Web.. And finally: If you work a cab until you are exhausted, how much is left of you at the end of the day to study? .. People who study other languages have gone though this.

An intolerant billing spike, or economy shake up might re-ignite TV's appeal. Stop putting all your eggs in one basket. Any additional form of communication is quite handy! I read so many articles every week telling of how the Web is being breached on this site. Yet very few see the need for any backup or alternative. This narrow thinking has got to stop! ...I can't help to wonder, is this just a hidden greedy lunge for bandwidth? - Is it a way to funnel all people to one choice, where they can be watched and monitored?

I have known a bunch of coders who got together (either from getting the old-age boot - or simply in disgust of their job) and form their own little company. They are happy and doing quite well! If you are looking for huge sums of money; that comes with a price: Stress, time constraints, working late hours. and maybe working through weekends. If it were me, I would have majored in at least one other field in college. Just in case I was unhappy with the one I'm in. (You can always code on the side for fun and staying current. They have Internet classes.) Coding is fun and I wish I had extra time to hone my skills.
