I personally would be ecstatic to view a few commercials to get this free, so called, pirate stuff. I don't have infinite money. And a few commercials might even interest me - and I might click on them and buy something. I can't figure out, for the life of me - why "the hungry shark" commercial people don't see a SUPER gold mine opportunity. It's insane!! The commercial people should be defending this pirate stuff teeth, claws, and nails.

  6. Well, one thing I learned.. Lack of sleep contributes to arthritis. Two separate occasions with two different doctors though the years said the same thing. Plus I also read it on the Web. And yes, regarding injuries: an old man told me once when I was young, the injuries that you incur when you are young, will haunt you later. My grandfather warned me when I mowed the lawn. (I whipped around the lawnmower like it was a rag doll in my 20's. To get the job done fast) to take it easy on my body. I didn't listen. And I wish I did now. I used to think I was indestructible. Too late now.

  12. You need so many hours to reset/repair your brain. And your body needs repair in the additional sleep. If you short yourself you might get away with the brain for a while, but they are both tied together so your thinking will eventually get cloudy. Not to mention the eventual breakdown of the body and/or brain.. Or you can deny all of this and wait till you get older.

  13. I don't give a dam if they track me. Many times, when they just put ads on the sides, I have clicked on one to find something that actually interests me. I know that it takes money that I don't have to run all kinds of sites that I watch. And they can keep advertising.. I just hate it when the screen goes dark and an ad gets pushed in your face forcing you to find the hard to find "x".

It's my fault. My original post stopped at chips.. I should have included everything from solar cells, to satellites, to light bulbs. (100 watt output with just 12 watts with an LED bulb.) It's a far cry in light output from just a couple of years ago! And cars? The sky is the limit. My hope is that people will see the consumption of power as a precious resource and make awesome stuff that barely consumes it.

  15. But wait! There's more! .. It is inevitable when such laws are passed, that these problems go underground. They do not go away.. It is better NOT to enact these laws, and be able to easily pick someone who is truly getting out of line. But for some perverse reason; most people in charge seem to be control freaks! All over the world, and ever since time started.

In the late 1960's and early '70's prisons were becoming alarmingly empty. Well in 1972 (sarcasm) good thing President Nixon came to the "rescue" starting the very expensive "War on Drugs," we pay taxes for. The prisons started to fill up again, mostly with people who could not afford a good attorney. - I would love to see an article explaining how we got to be the number 1 nation in imprisoning people. The over crowding that and systematic starvation. Cold and hot extremes they endure. How they now are making new laws to imprison more people because they have "Prisons for Profit", which are hungry for more prisoners. Forced labor. Forced payback on "rent" for your say. And we still pay taxes for private!! Also, how people get imprisoned for minor infractions like having as little 1 joint in their possession in some States.
