Just use the time machine as a relay to communicate with fellow travelers with a portable radio - or just mod a cellphone - bring an ad-hoc tower with you. A tower is just an omnidirectional antenna.
It's not like there would be any interference. The spectrum is all free and unclaimed.

D2 went from 640x480 to 800x600 in Expansion.

Actually, I, being human, have trouble defining verbs, even when I can associate them with action - they're the most abstract single word part of language as far as I am concerned.

If you mangle wording of the problem however, as mathematicians are quick to do (oh so good they are not in programming), what you say starts making sense to you.
Where do you start defending self ? What if someone removed your de-facto livelihood and/or pride, if you believe in such a concept, without the use of force, while being protected by lawyers and/or govt. sponsored force ? What is you see others, physically being harmed, and in a position to defend (you are not being attacked) ?
