Yup, 3 million is a small price to pay especially in this scenario...

Although I was hoping that Team OshKosh would finish the race... too bad but a truck that could navigate urban areas effectively would be more beneficial to the military, but on second thought I dont want our house to be @#$$@@NOCARRIER##$@#
they should just tweak the truck to use the winner's technology:P, I'm quite impressed that they got the urban challenge the first time (no take two)
Isn't that the same? And you could tag a single mail with multiple labels, which is essentially like making a shortcut on every folder/label? I use very basic labels but yes I agree, labels should have an option to have a folder like interface.
It seems that they are in separate divisions/classes. This should explain it.
While 16 solar masses is hefty for a stellar black hole, it is miniscule compared with the black holes thought to lie in the heart of many large galaxies. Such "supermassive" black holes have masses millions to billions times that of our sun, but they are thought to form by mechanisms different from the stellar variety.
You see if you're going to watch an action movie or read a scary book, you don't stop watching/reading at the point where the characters had almost given up then tell everyone as if you had finished watching/reading it.
They did indeed had a setback at Arizona but the weather cleared up and they made it at the Santa Monica Pier in 31 hours and 4 minutes, well ahead of the record by more than an hour. They had to do over a hundred from past Arizona though to make up for the time.
If you make them inexpensive enough, I'm sure its a good tradeoff. Besides, this time we only need to replace that single paper, the data is tucked somewhere safe unlike ordinary paper where the data is destroyed with the paper.
But I still like to brag my game manuals or books around though. You see books are not only meant for reading. If one thinks of it as only a reading material, I believe that person had never owned a book. (Cue: Internation Space Station moisture problem:D )
"We're picking up very lightweight, subtle information," Jacob said. "We're not always sure we're getting perfect information, so we have to respond in a lightweight way. We've got to respond in gentle ways."
Hi Jacob, this is the military, I mean errr the National Science Foundation, we're backing off your funding, it seems that we misunderstood the specs you had given wherein you mentioned headbands and optical beams...
Maybe they got a cancer cure...

TFA was 6 pages, you stopped at 5 1/2.

Conspiracy theories are designed to persist even against overwhelming evidence against it.
