Exactly what I was wondering. I mean, we do buy trucks and soap and all kinds of advertisy things up here. I found a tv site from Sweden that let me watch all the Eurovision entries (shuddup!)and interviews with bands (in English) going back about 15 years. Good Karma for them, good music for me and probably a cd purchase. NBC? Well I hope it turns out well, but I have my doubts.

Interesting....now let's see how long it takes for somebody to copy this, add fancy colours and loop it into a video on youtube, accompanied by a Nickelback song.

I guess that was offtopic, but there's a point to be made about these labels. Colony Collapse sounds like shoddy work on the behalf of the beekeepers, rather than something the rest of us need worry about. However, I'm with whoever said we should make Mason bee hives. If I can manage to get outside long enough, that is.

But the over-use is exactly why it's always funny when one of those comments pops up in the middle of a discussion! Oh well, maybe I'm easily amused. Carry on.

Isn't this what we used to call free advertising? If person #1 has the fake and person #2 has the iPhone, doesn't that make person #1 want The Real Thing?

If you mean I have furniture to re-arrange in five rooms and three days to do it in. but my first thought of the afternoon is "I wonder what's happening at slashdot?", well yep, it should be in the formula.

Exactly! Reader beware, is all they need as a caveat. Wikipedia is a good basic, and a great way for teachers to find lazy kids. Online info tends to send the reader hither and yon with links (which is why I usually try and stay away from here unless I have lotsa time). People need to recognize plain stupidity, but also see ideas from more than one side.
