preferring instead to process byte-sized information quickly, regurgitate 140-character "tweets," and skim thought? Is the concern overblown or are we becoming the Web that we created?
The music industry works completely differently in China and everyone knows it. Especially the musicians. They know the only way to make money is through sponsored live performances and product endorsements. No-one expects anyone to pay for recorded music because it's completely impossible to stop piracy.
Yes, yes. Don't feed the trolls. But if the article is a troll in itself, why not?
I'm pretty sure x86 processors will still be in use for another 15 years at least. But, how much further will this architecture evolve? When will we see the demise of x86?
I think watching movies and games that have an age limit a good few years higher than you would is a rite of passage for any kid. My childhood wouldn't have been the same without sneakily watching films like Die Hard, Aliens, Predator and Terminator 2 with my friends.
Lets not forget that Doom was certificate 15 here in the UK. The films I mentioned about were certificate 18, except T2 which was 15.
The problem is, this is only open and close prices. If you want to write algoritms that run on actual tick data (what realtime algos are actually useful for), you have no way to back-test it without collecting your own data first.
My job involves persisting tick data from a Reuters feed for large investment company and the amount of data we collect every day for 16 exchanges in Europe is huge. Something like 25Gb (growing exponentially) and that's being selective about which stocks to capture.
This is my understanding too and I like it that way. Microsoft hates it because there are too many steps before step 5 and they don't understand step 4.:)
Pay attention to the link. It's easily confused with this one. This little guy is much happier though.
Well at least I know you're not Scott Tenorman.
May I be the first to say "No Surprises" hmm?
Wow, -1 Funny. You've invented anti-funny which I think that can trigger outbursts of straight-faced ness. That's quite an achievement.
I think you mean Y instead of W.
You're missing the point of the joke.
Of course they want sound. It makes being a peeping tom council worker so much more entertaining:

Except of course that it's Prince.
However it is, let's hope his specialists are of the "Blue Genie" variety instead of the "Grand Vizer" variety.

You're right. The first one usually doesn't contain posts about dupes.
That's fine. I just don't want to see it mating with my toaster.

First you must perform a rectoscopy.
According to the summary you do it every day with everyone you meet!
It's how we say it in Scotland.
Is that because they're both really good candidates or is that people are equally indifferent?
Oh, come on. Even Ned Flanders says damn. :)
