When I first read the headline, I thought it might have been to prevent all the trash that comes from those cheep toys. Don't know how many times I have gone to clean my kids room to find those cheep toys broken and stuffed in drawer or toy bin.
Did you watch the show? Both Grace and Tricia had to play different versions of themselves throughout the entire series. They sure made a believable presentation out of it. I am pretty sure they both received some sort of awards. Maybe not Emey's/Oscars, whatever that crap is that they give to them lowest common denominator movies.
Umm I don't really think 16lb difference is going to matter when most roads are designed to hand regular truck traffic.
Prius:
3000lb (~15 sq in per tire * 4) = 50lb / sq in (P195/65R15 tires)
Hummer H2
6600lb (~24.8 sq in per tire * 4) = 66lb / sq in (LT315/70R17 tires)
This is not even taking in account for under inflated or overinflated tires!

That's just population control, if there stupid enough to step in front of a moving car then they don't need to be spoiling the gene pool.
Someone should start a petition to ban dihydrogen monoxide. Why do we waste our time banning shit that's nowhere near as bad as this, while we have almost zero regulation on such a hazardous chemical?
It doesn't have to be "John Connor" that saves the day. I am sure the humans would find another leader just as SkyNet "finds" a new creator everytime one is blown up.
Really want to mess with skynet, take away the nukes. Now how's it going to massively retaliate when it throws a tantrum?
If you have a time machine that only goes backwards, made of metal that can't be transported back with you, how are you going to relearn something from the past to go back even further? Leave yourself a sticky note somewhere to be found on the next loop?
>Modern keyloggers use algorithms and/or regex to find certain data like credit card numbers or email addresses and some even specifically filter out "wasd" patterns.

Seriously can the guy type faster than 3 words a minute? Can his decoding software only work up to a certain speed? I am betting most people enter there passwords in less than a second, not with second long pauses between each character.
Umm yeah, I was tripped up by the article mentioning that their test center did ok with the humidity, but the graph shows that it stayed between 10% - 20% Humidity, much lower than the 80% - 90% relative humidity a swamp cooler is going to provide.
Add some of the Dyson vacuum inspired vortex thingy's to the intake to help filter out the dust and you wouldn't have to waste as much money on filters either.
Or what if you run the incoming air through a swamp cooler? wouldn't the running water cut down on the incoming dust significantly?
I would vote for you as president. Them disruptive kids need some good discipline. As my Marine Drill Instructor once said, "It's the mom's of America that are making us weaker."
My complaint about keeping the class under control really comes from once the lesson was done, that class was left to it's own. Within a few minutes it was nothing but but loud gossiping. No work or exercises were being done.
I will give the teacher some credit though, because he was showing them episodes from the TV show Numbers as a way to show math in use in real life. The kids really liked it. At some point some parent complained that they didn't want their kid watching the show and he was told to stop.
As for his abilities as a Math teacher, I am not really certain as I was not in his class, my daughter was. Time will only tell if it is as bad as everyone says it was.
This one doesn't use salt, but we have had one very similar built here back in 2008. http://www.renewableenergyworld.com/rea/news/article/2010/07/areva-boosts-solar-supersteam-parameters-in-bakersfield

This is good enough to be a sig!

But without Replicators we would never have Repli-Carter or Fran.

No color printer, you should have gone for the polarized printout to go with the polarized 3D glasses.

This is what you get when you pick the cheaper option eh?

To top it off, looks like the running water doesn't do much to filter contaminates after all.

I always thought of landfills as the next cycle of humanities oil reserve or archeological playground.
Guess that won't happen after all.
While their book list is silly, at least they have some decent Sci-Fi in their movie and TV list.
