That's nice and all but how? Even if you don't use FB, google, et al, they are still tracking you. They track you by your friends, Your mobile signal through your carrier. Your wifi signal anytime you touch a 'compromised' access point. Almost any website. So how is not using their services going to help? I use all the blockers, vpn's and filters to clear out what I can find. I operate under no illusion that I am being tracked, but how am i supposed to participate in modern society? Unless you go off grid you are being tracked.
Your comment is so understated. They already have the distribution network around the country. All they needed was a working online catalog. Now Amazon is recreating it, without the local distributors.
This is only during the probationary period. Some states may vary, but most it becomes permanent and non-revocable after 2 years. Period. Only way to lose it then is to fail to make payments or do one of the handful of stated items that will void the insurance. i.e. skydiving, commission of a felony
Trump may be a giant asshole, but he's not rounding up Jews and gassing them.
And Hitler didn't start off this way either. He might not be rounding up Jews (yet), but he sure is a lot of other people. He might not be gassing them, but Hitler didn't start this way. He already has shown a total disregard for the law and only applies it properly when the courts call him out on it. Then maybe we get an oops. He's already acting the same way. Don't think it's not only a matter of time before he tries something stupid to distract from his business dealings....
As far as the philosophy, he's already sided with white supremacist, neo nazi's and all the other white makes right hate crowd. They already have a long list of evils and would love to drop some Zyklon B on their list of degenerates.
Trump is an evil man. To not notice the parallels in actions and rhetoric is turning a blind eye.
So what do you do with all the companies collecting you crap that you didn't accept a EULA? I Haven't accepted much from any of these companies or affiliates and I'm quite positive they have a nice thick file on me. What do I do with them? Google has actually be pretty discrete with how they use the information they collect. They collect a bunch, but appear not to give it out all willy nilly to anyone that asks. The rest? Nuke'm from orbit when you lose or misuse.
In 2005 they had $47m in long term debt. As of October 2017 it was $4.761B. Please explain to me how they acquired and additions 4+ billion in debt? Might it happen to have anything to do with a $7.5B buyout would it? https://www.bloomberg.com/news...
Sadly you are correct. It's almost impossible to have any kind of discussion with these people about how they are viewing it incorrectly. They know somebody that's a friend of a friend and they said it so it must be right. Happens all to often.
Yes. A Gulf Steam IV or V. Also many other private craft. Looks like a drug run to me flying fast and low to avoid radar and no lights to avoid detection. Still left an IR signature though. I totally agree with the speed calculations. More hype than substance about something that can be easily explained. Wish I had points.
That really depends on how roads and public transit are funded. Roads are generally funded through taxes on fuel, so public transit-using urbanites aren't contributing much to that (but car-using urbanites are, of course). Public transit funding varies, but may be through general tax revenue, which means everybody contributes.
We all pay for things we don't use in our taxes. It's like insurance. Hope and pray you don't have to use it, but the pennies you pay for it are worth it when you need it. The fire department is the best example, but they are all equally important.
Electricians and plumbers might fair better for a while as well as seamstress's, but it's coming. Car repair might take a little while also, but look at where automotive building has gone in the last 100 years.

Nice response! Nailed it!
Where has Windows ever "stopped booting" because you didn't pay a bill?
Every time it looses my activation key. Gets about halfway there, enter key. Don't have it? Endless Reboot cycle.
You absolutely nailed it. Too bad I already ran out of points.
They should have just bought sears.

Sad.
Well said. Now if we can just get people to believe it so we can start talking again!

Here's a like that is right up this line of thought. Found it the other day and shared it with some friends:

Try looking at their numbers and see if it makes more sense

Little difficult to make money with all that debt payment they didn't have before.

Them I'm sure you saw that they follow right in line with BLS. They even add a chart:

That might have been the case in the 60's but even then it only covered about 70% of the cost.

Things have changed a lot since then:

Your BLS numbers are as rigged as a Democrat primary. And you had no alternatives you cared to name.
And where do you think the numbers you were quoting come from?
I think you might want to re-evaluate that first statement. It's like all of them. It's not if, but when:

And how long before this one can pick up it's own tire?

Times are changing. The only safe jobs are with the Amish.
Sounds like it would make for a nice set to use in the winter. At least on those days the sun comes through.
And you don't think somebody might not use this new discovery to do such a thing?
I think this might fall under science if that's what you're implying:

If proper recycling is taking place then that is not the case:

I mean, didn't they try this years ago and google stopped listing them. Their traffice went down and they begged to get re-listed?
