Re:How is this legal?
You'll have to excuse parent, he's been drinking the "All-Unions-Are-Exactly-The-Same-As-The-AFL-CIO-Mobsters" Koolaid.
Personally, I was once a member of the GMP Union - it was the best-paying job I ever had, and the beer we made bottles for was and is still dirt cheap, in spite of the fact they're union-made.

Re:Ah, I see you are an american
No, it is 5% except in locations where 3.2% is legally mandated.
This seems reliable enough:

And it led me here:

Re:Buzz Beer!
On the contrary. Some very good beer is actually brewed with coffee.
I draw the line at some of the things Mexicans do to beer. However, it appears that Anheuser-Busch draws no such line.

Too late...
Immediately buy stock in Anheiser-Busch and Dunkin Donuts...
Stock in Anheuser-Busch is no longer available

Re:Pretty amusing superbowl announcement
For those of us outside of the US: Anheuser-Busch is a brewery conglomerate, probably a bit like Bavaria.

Re:Brew your own beer!Sounds like terrorism to me!
the real terrorism is perpitrated by Anhueser Busch
Gahh! How people dring that stuff is beyond me...

Speaking of SuperBowl commercials...Detroit News Online's article says Budweiser's 'Malfunction' explainer advertisement won't air. What's sure to be one of the most talked-about television commercials created for Super Bowl XXXIX won't air game day.
Anheuser-Busch, the largest advertiser with 10 of the 30-second ad slots on Fox's Feb. 6 broadcast, produced a humorous spot that purports to show what really caused Janet Jackson's infamous "wardrobe malfunction" in last year's Super Bowl halftime on CBS.

Anheuser Busch's best beer...
.. Is their Anheuser World Select beer. It has a lot of taste. I think it is best a little warm.
They also own about 2,700,000 shares of Red Hook beer. I believe that is about a third of the outstanding shares.
They even make their own stout, Bare Knuckle Stout. I have never tried it. It seems to have a limited release.
Here is a list of all of their beers.

Re:Gratuitous LinkageFrom your link, I heard that
:
- It's Anheuser-Busch, not "Bush", unlike published by the editors.
- They are the one that make Budweizer and they suggest this very beer will have a "wow" taste... I wonder what they think of the "King of beers" taste... (I am an Horropean)

Gratuitous Linkage
Nudge, nudge. Link, link.
This isn't for carb watchers as it has 22 grams in there. Probably all sugar. 6.6 percent alcohol will be chasing the Jager Bomb crowd. -
Re:If Windows is Bud..
Budvar is very nice, and a pleasant surprise if you haven't tried it before.
It's starting to become available in the US under the name Czechvar. Decent stuff, but they had to change the name because the Microsoft of Brewing wouldn't let them use their real name. Never mind that Budvar's been around longer...

Coincidence?Hmm.
This research was performed at St. Louis University.
"For many years, Anheuser-Busch as well as our family have been firmly committed to helping Saint Louis U. become the top Catholic university in the U.S., and we're proud to once again provide support for the school, its faculty and the students," said [August] Busch IV, who earned a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in business administration from SLU.
Now consider Anheuser-Busch's main source of revenue... -

Re:Atkins Article
You can now:
Michelob Ultra.
"Michelob Ultra is a smooth, refreshing lager with 96 calories, 4.1 percent alcohol by volume and 2.9 grams of carbohydrates per 12-oz. serving."
And personal note: I've been on Atkins for two months (since the Atkins NYT Article previously discussed here) and have lost 25 pounds as of today. No ill effects. And for the first diet in my life, I haven't felt "starved" or "deprived" once.

Re:Wow! other perfect technologies we'll never see
Beer is a WASTE product? Well, I suppose if it tastes like the stuff that comes out of St. Louis or Milwaukee (various)...
