Re: Everyone is biased.
Actually someone else originally called them feral in the thread, but please, keep telling me how I don't know how to read. https://www.dailystar.co.uk/ne... Public attack on a policeman with a sword. Yeah, nothing feral there. And that's one example. I won't get started on grooming gangs raping underage kids; your brain might not be able to handle that part of reality.

2) Something, possibly Trump, possibly waning support from China, has him scared shitless.
You miss read the situation. That's not fear, that's just him.

Re: Submarine killer dude is from there right?
https://www.dailystar.co.uk/ne...
Jens Moller Jensen, of Copenhagen Police, said: "The arm has not been investigated yet, but it was found in the same area as the first and it was weighted down similarly. Therefore, we assume that the arm is connected to the submarine case."
This is like something out of Fargo. Got to love Scandinavians.

Re:VR is a flop
Porn is definitely a good niche for VR. Movies might be too if it made economic sense (which it wont until the headsets come down in price about an order of magnitude and you don't need $1000+ in hardware upgrades on the average non-gamer PC to use it in the first place).
Games though? Nope. Controls need to improve dramatically and a mechanism for realistic tactile feedback needs to be invented (and THIS doesn't fucking count).
The best selling VR game of all time is named 'Job Simulator' for fucks' sake.

Re:VR is like 3D
Until someone invents and perfects proper holodeck-style tactile feedback this shit just isn't happening for me (And no, bullshit like this or this doesn't fucking count)
As it is I think it could be good for movies, assuming it made economic sense - which it probably doesn't - but for gaming, just no. The last thing I want in my gaming experience is godawful controls and a dramatic increase in physical exertion. There's a reason video games are more popular than sports nowadays. I mean, the best selling VR game ever is called "Job Simulator" for fucks sake.

Re:Debunked?
It was deleted because people were using it to harass people in the real world, some users were even making up stories about unrelated restuarants and posting child pornography to go with those stories.
Not quite true. People there weren't harassing people, nor were they doxing them. There was a non-doxing/harassment rule like on most subs. What's interesting is that members of the
/r/pizzagate mod team have claimed that the administration were unbanning people, who were being banned by the subs mods. Those people who were being banned included those who were doxing, and posting CP. On top of this, that subreddit had already broken open a massive CP ring on twitter. Last count ~7000(I've seen numbers as high at 14k) or more accounts. Twitter's response so far has been to ban the people who found the accounts. Some of those CP accounts have been banned but most have not. This entire thing stinks. On top of that with Spez deciding to pull this bullshit, they've also likely lost their safe harbor provisions. On top of that, toss in the absolutely weird shit in the podesta emails, including wording that seems to indicate some kind of pedophile stuff going on? They may have found something, they might not have. But reddit turning around and banning the sub is going to toss more fuel on the fire.

Re:Bubble boys and girls
Kermit's a cuck? That must mean Miss Piggy is getting it on with someone else.
Here is a screenshot from one of the many Miss Piggy/Kermit cuckold videos on pornhub.

Re:"increased goodwill from users"?
Yeah, just like Lily Allen, who said she was giving up music for good because of all those filthy pirates.
Oh...I guess until her acting career didn't pan out, then it's back into the studio! Guess those pirates weren't such a drag after all.
And, just because I love it so fucking much, Dan Bull's response to her 'quitting music'.

Re:still early days
The Times is daily. The paper version costs £1, which is similar to comparable newspapers. A subscription seems to be about 90p per issue, including delivery.
There are cheap daily newspapers but they're tabloids. The Sun is 20p, including Page 3. The Daily Star is only 10p, which gets you even more topless women and even less actual news.

But, but, it's quality journalism
Look here, several other thoroughly researched articles of the highest value to all of us:
How Jeremy Clarkson has a 10 inch dick
How Katie Price's tits could explode during her diving holiday
or
That Skinny Women really don't want to get fat

he's also up there now with 3 chicks
so if the solar flare wipes out life on earth, our future is secured, in space, with a japanese dude and his harem
http://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/view/129536/Female-astronauts-set-off-on-space-mission/
also, i think it would be fitting if the japanese dude and one of the chicks were the first to enter to space sex club, being japan is the world capital of weird sex

Re:The Holy Bible is pure
I agree... It appears most Americans are more easily offended by even mild nudity than by horrible acts of violence.
The newspaper that Apple didn't like, The Sun , is the best selling newspaper in Britain, available from every corner shop and supermarket.
They have a special website for their page 3 content.
If you want more topless women in your newspaper, try the Daily Star. If even that has too much writing, there's always the Sunday Sport and Daily Sport.
(Three of those websites are blocked as "Adult - Sexually Explicit" at my work, which should give you a clue.)

The survey resultsThe results of the National Geographic survey (the source of the "Pacific Ocean" statistic) make interesting (and suprising) reading. The following are of particular interest:
- The current population of the US,
- The base of the Taliban and al-Qa'ida,
- A question about the Euro (I can't believe ANY Europeans could've possibly got this wrong),
- A question about Kashmir,
- The location of the US on a world map (the Russians, Japanese, Mexicans, Italians, and Swedish all did better at locating their own countries),
I wouldn't expect the average person to know the answer to some of the questions (for example, the question on El Nino), but the ones above are real howlers. I think part of the problem is the 'tabloid culture' that exists (on this side of the Atlantic, anyway). People need to stop reading toilet paper and start reading real newspapers.
And just for the record, I got 18 out of 20. I guessed the religion question wrong and incorrectly stated that China and Russia both have populations of over a billion.
