Other weird search ideas included adjusting search preferences based on what other applications are running. If you seach for "gold", you get different responses depending on whether you're running Everquest or Excel.

What's more likely to work is ad personalization based on your social network. If your friends bought something, then promoting it to you is a promising idea. That's been proposed as PriceKut.

I don't know, I might be crazy. When I first looked at the topic of this story, I read it as 'Viagra Arrests Man For Spamming'.

Not all that crazy considering there is a class action lawsuit against the makers of viagra by People Against Viagra Email Spam. And I for one think that we should be sensitive to their cause. With any luck Pfizer, the makers of Viagra, will be putting out contracts on spammers who use their trademarked name.

After all, the most sensitive way to deal with spammers is to hunt them down and kill them slowly and painfully.

Like these guy's suing Pfizer the maker of Viagra.

Headline: Today the RIAA confirmed it's belief that the entire world was composed of pirates, as 37 million americans answered their phone with a slurred "Arrh?", and started their team-meetings with the phrase "Avast, me hearties, ye have no business for me?". Disregarding the facts, I imagine the toilet was in fact invented by the famous Japanese sanitation engineer Dr. Takhira Shita.
