Straight to the Source
Scientologists always tell you, if you want to know anything go straight to the source, so wikileaks has a copy of theirs that the freezoners pulled together from their collections of OT documents when they left the 'Church'.
Firehose story with more details : http://slashdot.org/firehose.pl?op=view&id=591182
http://wikileaks.org/wiki/Church_of_Scientology_collected_Operating_Thetan_documents
And just for fun, here's a story on the Church of Scientology trying to make hyperlinks to copyright documents illegal, they lost the court battle : http://www.news.com/Scientology-loss-keeps-hyperlinks-legal/2100-1028_3-5072581.html?tag=txt.1
(Funny they never go to the real source of information when it comes to Psychiatry, they only go to the 'Church' when it comes to that) -

Rather obvious solution
Claim that your physics thesis uncovers corruption in the Bush administration and pass it on to Wikileaks!
-
Shut down his domain!
It's the only way to be sure!
(Wait, technically, that *would* be effective in this case. Reprehensible, but effective.) -
WikiLeaks.org at IP#: 88.80.13.160
This court order has blocked the Wikileaks.org DNS. But the site is still up and running at its IP number, which is 88.80.13.160 .
Spread the word. DNS can be replaced, with some inconvenience, with manual labor. -
Technology benefitting transparency
Hey, even minor abuses should not be tolerated. If you ever get it in writing, or in an email you can print out discretely, I would direct you here.

Re:This is rubbishPosting the text of the document infringes copyright. That's illegal. The court order reflects that. [citation needed]
As shown in the last paragraph of demand posted on Wikileaks, the plaintiffs want their English legal advisers provide a written undertaking that the court orders will only be used for legal advice and not republished - and they won't give a copy of these orders beforehand. How does the court order reflect that posting the text of the document infringe copyright?
I understand that some court documents may be sealed, but I doubt this one is (since it will need to be distributed to others, perhaps in bulk.) -

grab it before it gets taken down.
when i lived in the usa i got quite peeved by the way bills were just put into place by companies who "owned" congressmen and senators (dmca is a prime example). now i'm back in the uk the practice seems to have followed me - it wasn't my fault honest! -
Re:Link to the full story is missing!
Indeed, linking to the full Northern Rock vs. Wikileaks page is more useful, because it contains links to the all (hilarious) letters that have been received in that context
At the end of that page, you find links to:
- Category:Series/Northern Rock vs. Wikileaks, which links to:
- Project Wing - Northern Rock Executive Summary, the leaked memo.
Being able to read the letters in the right context is much more useful. The first censorship demand (a fax in PDF format) is well worth reading.

Re:Obama is a liar. Eat a ham of pig!!!
His cousin Odinga of Kenya is a radical muslim that signed the following paper for Jihad!!!:
http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/.shared/image.html?/photos/uncategorized/2008/01/05/muslim_kenya.jpg
It says:
"ON BEHALF OF THE NATIONAL MUSLIM LEADERS FORUM (NAMLEF) ABDULLAH ABDI (chairman)"
(signed)
"ON BEHALF OF THE ORANGE DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT (ODM) HON.ENG.RAILA AMOLLO ODINGA"
(signed)
https://secure.wikileaks.org/leak/MOU_between_Ralia_Odinga_and_Muslims.pdf
Obama released the Indonesian translation of his 2nd book "Assault Hope: From Jakarta to the White House".
(indonesians see it as the Jihad for White House!!!)
Obama released his 1st book: "The Dreams of my Father", <--- I suspect him of it as "the Jihad of my muslim dad!" (dreams of dad = Jihad, Father = my dad is muslim).
If Obama is U.S. Muslim President or U.S. Muslim Vicepresident then he is a GREAT RISK for the National Unsecurity and for millions of americans due to he has access to the eyes-only top secret documents of the maps and weapons of White House, Pentagon, C.I.A. etc for giving to the muslim terrorists in backdoors as from Indonesia!!!
You can imagine the hundreds of muslims of the family of Obama surrounding inside of the unprotected White House.
He IS NOT a christian black! He IS a muslim brown weared as black and as christian!
Obama is pro-Kenyan and pro-Indonesian.
Obama = jihadist brother of Osama Bin Laden to White House!
Who cares? Be less stupid american! -
Re:Damning changes?
I think the novelty of the diff comparison is why this particular link was posted on Slashdot. For a more significant analysis of the changes between the two documents see: http://wikileaks.org/wiki/Changes_in_Guantanamo_Bay_SOP_manual_(2003-2004)

Re:Prosecute them.
The wikileaks site has documentary evidence that the US violates the chemical weapons convention in Iraq.
Wow. They went in there, and either duplicated every violation they were sent in to suppress - or created it wholesale where it did not before exist.
Criminal nation. Rogue regime. The new Nazis goose step across the planet - this time, they are hicks from Alabama and Montana. Thanks for all the "freedom". -

Prosecute them.
The folks at wikileaks.org http://wikileaks.org/ should be prosecuted for being party to endangering National Security.

Re:The article is edit by unknown/reserved IP numb
The user talk page for that IP claims it is part of the "Wikileaks anonymizing network".
Gee, who would have thought, a whistle-blower site that automatically anonymizes the IP-Adresses of its posters. -

Re:WikiLeaks tunneled?
Hmm, the realatively few edits of the person(s) at 1.0.22.53 talks against the reverse NAT hypothesis. Also, the first such edit was done as recently as 31st July 2007.

The article is edit by unknown/reserved IP numberClick the History tab of the article. This reveals the edit history:
# (cur) (last) 20:56, 7 October 2007 1.0.22.53 (Talk) (7,349 bytes)
Running whois on the IP number 1.0.22.53 comes up with nothing, it's just a reserved net block, according to IANA. So, who could that be? Who's got the power to get anonymous IP number blocks?

One would think it would be better for slashdot discussion if TFA was not a moving target. To think slashdot is ten years old. That's one hell of a slow clue train. -
Right on.
Now when your slinging mud if you have facts to back you up, you can democratically exercise your right to participate in the process. If your mud makes it to Wikileaks then you can be rest assured that the scumballs will eventually be weeded out by the voices of citizens. I'm trying to hit all those words that seem to have lost their meanings in recent years - suggestions on any I missed?
-
What do I win?Bonus points for pic with Bush! You mean, like this one? No Halliburton sign, or pile of dead Iraqi babies to stand on (at least not that we can see), but a little Photoshop can fix that right up.

Lack of ability to correct and warnings.
Okay, I started investigate. A number of things don't ring fully true. They are very careless about discussing physical and local security for the whistleblowers. I found this worrying but decided to try to correct it. I noticed that they claim to be a normal open wiki and so I tried to sign up... no sign up page on the login page. Then I tried forcing the link by copying from wikipedia: https://wikileaks.org/wiki/index.php?title=Specia
l :Userlogin&type=signup&returnto=Wikileaks:Main_Pag e "You are not allowed to create an account / To be allowed to create accounts in this wiki you have to log in and have the appropriate permissions.". https://wikileaks.org/wiki/Advisory_Board shows that the Advisory board has some credibility, but does it really exist? Interestingly several of them have blogs http://iq.org/ http://www.wangdan1989.com/ http://www.links.org/ but I haven't been able to find any references to Wikileaks. Why is there no information from the EFF or other similar bodies? -

Re:What about legal looting?
What about this?
First, I ever heard about wikileaks, but they make a few good points in there (albeit a bit cynical and paranoid).
Hey, as long as someone doesn't leak the fact that I use depends, I got no problem with it. Err. Wait. Oops. Literally! -
Where is the wiki?
I looked all over the linked site. No wiki to be seen. It says something about using FreeNet, Tor, and PGP. Last time I checked none of these were wiki software packages.
-
Oops!From the news page:
05/01/07: WikiLeaks gets leaked
Due to a single blog posting of just a few words, Wikileaks has been thrust into the spot light far earlier then expected.
(Note that the date is 5 January, not May 1, as may be misread by my fellow Americans.)
I would expect another "news" article soon, dated 11/01/07 (11 Jan): "WikiLeaks flooded: Slashdotted!"
