This is why I've keep with https://www.tabbank.com/ for many years. Years ago when I was having money problems, I notice I never got overdraft charged, but my card got denied making a $5 purchase. It shocked me at first, but having a $5 transaction denied instead of getting hit with $25 overdraft fee is much better. My last bank hit me with a $100 overdraft fees due to delaying a deposit 12 hours. That right, that $25 overdraft fee keep the account in the red even after the deposit went though. Fucking Basters is what I call those banks.

Good. Because free speech does not equal freedom of responsibility. If the government prevented him from posting it in the first place, then it is a freedom of speech issue. In this case, they charge him/her with disorderly conduct after he/she posted it. Note they have not order the post erased, although I am sure the sites will remove the posts anyway for TOS harassment violations if they haven't done so already.

That is well and good. But try to play two programs at once that access the sound device at the same time and all the CPU in the world won't help you there. Who would want to play more then one sound at a time? Try playing some music while the desktop plays a notification sound. Or while online in a vitriol world, play a media stream while attending a music event.
