    You know, transparency, holding the government accountable, stuff like that. Basically half of Obama's platform, really.

    Learn to build a prototype. It should be a requirement for filing a patent.

    That used to be the rule, actually. You had to submit it, too. Then they ran out of space to store all the prototypes, so they removed the rule for everything except perpetual motion machines.

    It depends how you consider a numerical rating scale to work. The difference in quality between, say, Final Fantasy VI and XIII is much smaller than the difference between Final Fantasy VI and Big Rigs Off the Road Racing or ET for Atari. Rating FFXIII with a four or a five wouldn't accurately reflect this distinction.
