From reading the patent, it could pertain to IRC or a BBS. Those would definitely be prior art. Let's hope the judge has some common sense and denies the lawsuit. Although with how technologically savvy judges appear to be, it will be a long drawn out court case with a plethora of experts trying to explain the technologies involved.

So I store the data from the other partition off to a flash drive. Now how do I retrieve the 10GB used for the drive back without having to reformat? If I reformat then I lose all my saved game data, downloaded games, demos, themes, etc. If I back up everything and reinstall it then the partition remains. I didn't use the other OS option that often so it's not that big of a deal with me to not have it anymore. However, I should be able to retrieve the 10GB on the other OS partition and join it to the main partition without much hassle. This is beginning to sound as if I'll just lose the 10GB, unless I want to reformat and lose all my saved game data.

It would be funny if all the other Trina Thompsons could file a class action lawsuit on this one for defamation.

On Mother's Day, my mom was asking about how much I pay for my cell phone bill and how many telemarketing calls I receive on a daily basis. She seemed truly interested in ditching the landline. So I had to remind her that without a landline the security system installed in their house will not function properly. Needless to say that ended that conversation. Security systems, such as ADT, require a house to have a landline. So until they change their practices and allow for VOIP or some other telecommunication avenue, the landlines will not be going away.

Who is the RIAA trying to represent? They say that they are representing the five major music labels. And in turn the music labels say that they are representing the artists themselves. But even the artists don't agree with the RIAA's methodologies.

"According to the study, 60 percent of those surveyed do not believe the RIAA's efforts to halt file sharing through lawsuits will benefit musicians and songwriters.

Additionally, 35 percent believe free downloading has helped their careers, 37 percent believe it has not had any effect and only 5 percent believe it has exclusively hurt their careers. Of those interviewed, 83 percent have provided free samples of their music online."

The is no carrier state, because the natural reservoir of the virus is unknown. Ebola is a level 4 pathogen. Contrast that with AIDS which is only a level 2 pathogen.

Granted, the methods of dispersion are correct except that Ebola Reston is spread through airborne particles. Ebola Reston only affects primates currently but if the virus mutates then it can affect humans.

This is a vaccine and the article points out that they have dismantled the parts of the Ebola strain that would induce the symptoms but it wasn't so long ago that we used live polio virus as a vaccine. We may know a lot about the DNA of Ebola and hopefully we are intelligent enough to determine which base pairs to remove.
