Most of that can be handled by QoS, and usually the customer can decide how they want their traffic prioritized. Plus, if the ISP was prioritizing traffic, it wouldn't cause bit-torrents to come to a crawl. They deliberately throttle down traffic they feel is associated to pirating.

Problem I have with these ISPs, is when you call them, and ask them if they throttle BT, they say no. A blatant LIE!

I bet their are much more similarities between PC/Laptop vendors than phone vendors. Only reason everyone is making a fuss about this is because Smart Phone are the big craze right now, and everyone wants to dominate the market.

I can customize the UI interface on my Galaxy S phone to match how I like it, iPhone you can't. Also, different Phone Venders will add their own customization and crap that totally changes the UI, at not fault to Samsung. If you want a simply to use phone for Grandma, and it needs to stay consistent, than I can see the value of the iPhone, otherwise I'll take any Android phone over an iPhone anyday. I hate the Proprietary that comes with Apple Products. The iPhone doesn't use standard charges, no easy battery replacement, no memory card. It's an idiot proof phone.
