    Have you looked at the mk802 III? It has a dual core 1.6 ghz cpu with 3d graphics, and 1gb ram.

    Yea but the PCB was large, and the controls don't always match. Now building a name arcade cabinet powered by a cell phone would be cool.

    I can see buying a monitor and choosing what pc module you want plugged into it. A hidden compartment that let's you plug in you pc.

    As computing power increases, and size decreases, most likely Desktops will be part of the LCD. Look at the Raspberry Pi, or the MK802, it's small enough to hide inside any LCD made today and provide the computing power of a PC 4 years ago.

    There are lots of hoax are that. I'm sure 90% of them are hoax, but there are some real genuine explainable events. It's funny that people will blindly believe in religions and deities, but laugh at the possibility of other life in our universe.

    And how do you explain the depiction of flying saucers in ancient times, test flights or weather balloons? I understand some things are questionable, when all you see is a bright light moving in the sky, but detail accounts cant all be spoofs.

    Well I've tried several different distros and each work different IMO. Some have issues with the current hardware I had, others have problems with software I try to use. I understand you need different variations for different platforms, like phones, servers, etc, but Microsoft has their variations too. They have their Mobile OS, Server OS, and Desktop OS, but its all supported by the same company. We need some sort of unification for Linux to be competitive with Windows, and Mac's. It looks like Ubuntu is trying to do this, but perhaps they need a bit more support to really make it happen.

    Considering how fragmented Linux is with so many different distributions, shouldn't you, or the community take a stand and pick a distribution that everyone can work together on? Everyone seems to have their own favorite flavor, but this makes developing software for Linux a problem.

    That's true. Even if your work doesn't use Windows 8, some idiot user is going to install Windows 8 on their laptop, and they will come to you for support when something doesn't work right. Whether we like it or not, we have to be familiar with any OS we may have to provide support for. At my work, we mostly use Windows 7, but a few bring their Macs to work, and ask me to support their issues, I have no choice but to learn Macs because of this.

    Jobs, and Zuckerberg? Like this article is trying to compare the Guinness's of this century? Am I missing something, because usually smart people like Jobs, and Zuckerberg use their brains to create magnificent things, what is Obama great creation? The deficit?

    I think there is a lot here to sacrifice. No heat or AC I presume, if you want to get 30 miles on a full charge. So basically useless in the North region, and hot as hell if you live in Texas. Probably useless in mountainous regions, and I imagine there is a weight limit to this car. A person would be better of using a Golf Cart to drive their ass around town.

    Can we really trust people with all this information? Scientists usually have good intentions; it’s how the rest of the bad people use it for their own evil purposes. I think there should be some oversight, but I don't we can just trust everyone with potentially dangerous ideas.
