    The **AA's, Law, and regular citizens opinion of wrong all differ greatly. In fact regular citizens cannot agree where exactly the line should be drawn. Right or wrong will also differ with the law depending on individual judges interpretations of the law as well.

    WTF is a plutoid? We already have a definition that could easily fit pluto and other celectial bodies like it

    Call them planetoids. Therefore still remaining a planet but one that is not large enough to remove debris from its orbit. Then throw on mercury and mars and we can have a solar system of six planets and four planetoids (minor planets). This crap about removing debris from its orbit is farcical, how do they not know given another billion or two years it won't remove remaining debris?

    All the so called evidence the RIAA has would be circumstantial. Just because a particular computer was at a particular IP address does not mean a particular individual was responsible for the infringement. I certainly hope they are fully successful.

    Don't know how i missed it the first time, but he admitted to it being his blog. He did not know he could be fired for it. I would have asked some hypothetical questions before I had admitted anything. It is still a low act to fire someone for opinions they hold in their own personal time.

    Agreed, wasn't there have supposed to have been a stronger magnetic field in Mar's early history protecting it from the solar wind? If that had been the case as Mars gradually lost its magnetic shield the solar wind would have gradually removed water vapor/liquid water from the atmosphere leaving saltier and saltier oceans.

    It is a form of pitcher plant so it probably evolved to capture insects. It's rat "eating" ability is probably co-incidental. Too bad there were no pictures.
