    So? That's what you do when you have a doctorate. That's what doctorate means. It means you're a doctor. You don't have to be an MD to be called 'doctor. Maybe it's changed in the 10 years since I've been to college, but when I went, you called your professors 'doctor' when addressing them.

    And not counting the fact that the old testament was originally written in Hebrew and Aramaic and the New Testament was originally written in Greek... and it remained in Greek for the Greek Orthodox Church. And, of course, the Coptics translated it into their Egyptian language pretty quickly too...

    But is an addiction to nicotine really all that problematic if you're addicted to the patch or the gum? Does nicotine alone have long-term health effects and would those effects outweigh the possible benefits?

    I suppose a way to test it for yourself would be to get the patch or the gum and see if it helps you. At least that way, you're not getting most of the bad stuff too.

    Not according to my dictionary...

    a. Exclusive possession or control: arrogantly claims to have a monopoly on the truth.
    b. Something that is exclusively possessed or controlled: showed that scientific achievement is not a male monopoly.

    Unless you think 'exclusive' doesn't mean 'exclusive'...

    In my city's case, the power comes mostly from natural gas and nuclear with some hydroelectric, so it's the cars that are the problem.

    I don't see, why many people would rush to buy it.

    The millions of people who have short commutes who live in urban areas would do just fine with a car like this and many people like the idea of not just driving without relying on oil, but also not contributing to their city's level of smog.

    I just wish I knew how much this thing costs.

    The words 'music' and 'industry' were never meant to go together. Music should come from the heart, not the wallet. This idea that you can become wealthy by being a musician is a new one and we've suffered for it.
