While at the Pharmacist (Chemist) someone was complaining how long they had to wait to get their drugs, "I don't know why it takes so long!", Neither do I, however because I don't know what all the steps are (Because I am not a Pharmacist) I shouldn't be so judgmental, because I am just getting angry about something I know little about. If I really wanted too I can do the studying and see why it takes so long, but I assume they were some other people tacking the problem, and we still cannot make it much quicker. My ignorance in the process that I am not willing to expand on, shouldn't outrage me, because I need to recognize my ignorance in what is going on, and I need to default to they are doing the best they can.

I am no hippie or communist I understand the need for money and wish to make more of it, however it isn’t the only thing in life. Technology doesn’t always save money, but it can help make things faster, or more consistent. A surgeon like other people have good days and bad days. So there is wider variation on the quality of his work then there is of a robot which does things the same way every time. So the robot may be as good as a.surgeon on an average day, will be valuable because it doesn’t have the bad days which could hurt the patent more.

So they go with cheaper services at the cost of their customers. Because they figure they can make more per customer who remains and keeps the percentage up. However this doesn’t lead to growth. Growth means more customers, more customers means better services and products. If you are in a market selling for cheap you are setting yourself up for failure because there will always be someone cheaper. If you set yourself up for quality then that is a harder market for someone to beat you on.
