  1. Well Trump-Care health plan may cover plastic surgery.

  2. Same thing.
Back when Obama came president those liberals laughed at those crazy republicans who got all panicky because the democrat party took over.

In short we seem to put trust in the party you stand behind and distrust the other.
So when your party looses you fear a bunch of bad things jump to assumptions about the other party even if it wasn't stated or really isn't some sort of priority to that party.

Ok your party loss. You feel let down and let down by your fellow citizens. However we can't just have a temper tantrum. We need to find a way to work with the current party to make sure parts of your agenda are implemented. And stay vigilant to make sure that party doesn't start stepping over your rights.
Because both Democrat and Republican policies do tend to want to step on some of our rights for what they may think is the greater good.

  3. Linux in its heart is a Server OS. Its desktop/workstation features are almost a hack onto the systems to make useful.
Now I have the same feelings about Windows Server. Windows is a Desktop OS, and Windows Server is a hack to make it more server feature friendly.

Now for folks like me Linux for the Desktop is great, which is why I use it at home over Windows... But for the general public. Trying to get beyond normal features you come across these minor differences and compatibility issues which for us is an easy workaround. But for someone who isn't so savvy it is a big deal. And a lot of effort goes into training, and fixing the issue.

I tried a while back to give my Parents Linux as their default laptop. All fine and good until I get a call saying why I can I run this game, or I am getting this error...

Well for the most part sex is one of the driving forces towards multiple classes of people.
As to attract a mate you need to prove that you are superior in some way over someone else so you can do that with physical strength or with being more clever and useful than someone else. People use money to gain power not because of money but because we are genetically bread to seek power.
Communism failed because we never got a fair community people used the system to gain power over others. Capitalism attempts to make it more fair to acquire power.

  9. While for the most part these tools are used for rather benign activities. But to a lot of countries even pointing out that they have problems is a big deal to them. That stupid political post on facebook pointing out that Hillary Clinton may not be truthful, may cause a person to laugh at it, get angry at it, or just ignore it.
However if you live in a country where society says your country is perfect. Such changes to spark the idea that they are problems can cause major up rest.

  10. Just like a Trump Presidency. How else do you make your nation great without silencing all those negative retractors who goal is to prevent your vision of greatness.

  12. The problem is criminalizing drugs, is you make a lot of people criminals, because of its addictive nature a lot of people will turn to the black market to get it.
We really as a culture need to un-cool drugs. It is less about legalization and more about getting people to not want to take it.

Back in the 1920's we had violent gangs pushing alcoholic beverages because it was made illegal. And now we have gangs pushing pot (in some states) and harder drugs who are just as violent if not more.

When you make a product that is in demand illegal. People will go to the black market to buy it. This black market bypasses all the legal safety measures.
You as the consumer who missed a payment, could get your legs broken, and you cannot go to the authorities for protection because you will get arrested for buying the illegal substance.

Government: When you make a mistake and failed. You get punished. Successes are treated as minor rewards quickly forgotten.
Private Industry: When you make a mistake you get a minor punishment and it is quickly forgotten. While Successes are touted and reasons for promotion.

There is a good an bad for both methods. Government needs to error on the side of caution this means things will move slower... However there will be less collateral damage.
Private Industry you can get things out much faster. However mistakes on the way can have a large cumulative cost to them.
