The article linked from the CT update is complete bullshit. The title is "Sony Comments On 'Fake' PSPhone", but reading the text reveals:

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has since confirmed its official line on the rumoured phone as, "We do not comment on rumour and speculation."

NowGamer also contacted Sony Ericsson for a comment. A spokesperson also responded, "Sony Ericsson does not comment on rumour or speculation".

    ...

However, NowGamer still understands that the images are indeed fake.

    Are NowGamer always so terrible?

That is the most uninteresting, bland, obvious and yet useless observation that anyone could have posted in reply to this story. Of all the interesting things one could say, you regurgitate words that you think might be related to the story and suggest some hitherto unmentioned beacon of hope that the news item may or may not have hinted at. And what, you want a +1 insightful for that?

Perhaps this is even a stealth way for Apple to dump OS X altogether. After all, if they build Cocoa & Carbon layers on top of Windows, the ultimate question is why bother with OS X at all?
Stability? Security? The amazingly beautiful user interface? The fervor with which most of the Mac community, myself included, worship OS X? Nah, forget it. I think if we could run our Cocoa and Carbon apps in Windows, the entire Mac community would certainly rather run them on top of Windows rather than OS X.

What's the point for the term "porn", you ask?

If we used the word sex photos, then what about scat porn? Or anal porn? Or gay porn? Or BDSM porn? Or any of thousands of other fetishes? The point of the word porn is to get an overarching umbrella to cover the entire assortment of photographs, movies and literature related to any number of fetishes. It's not just a stupid word - it's a word we use to categorize a huge amount of incredibly diverse material.

Just ban firearms, throughout the whole country. You do not need them. Don't give me any of this defence shit - you don't need guns to defend yourself if nobody has guns.

If you don't have guns, the worst people can use is knives. Except put it like this - nobody ever knifes 32 people without getting stopped. You stab one, maybe two, and then someone smashes a chair over their head. Knives are not even in the same leagues as guns. Ban guns, this will never happen again.

In the UK, ITV is channel 3 in most places. It's one of the most popular free channels, and has been around for over half a century. In our television-obsessed nation, no Apple product is gonna usurp the abbreviation iTV in our collective consiousness.
